Wonderful House in Quai Saint Michel - apt #241

The 35sqm studio is facing a courtyard of a building situated on the Quai Saint Michel in the 5th arrondissement (Notre Dame Cathedral area).

On the 1st floor, without elevator, it can accommodate 4 to 5 guests.

The nicely decorated room faces the courtyard. It has wooden floor, a carpet, apparent beams, and stone walls.

The space is furnished with a sofa bed (for 2 guests, 160*190) as well as a convertible armchair (for 1 guest, 90*190).

Coffee table, lamp and 2 poufs are also available.

A nice decorative original chimney gives the space a lot of charm, above it a flat screen television (cable).

There is I...nternet connexion (ADSL/Wifi).

In one corner is a dinning table (3 people).

Nicely separated from the main room by a curtain, you'll appreciate as well the double bed (140*190) with a bedside table on the left.

The kitchen is behind the lounge, and is fully equipped with a microwave, 2 vitroceramic plates, a fridge with freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

The dishes and utensils are also provided for daily cooking.

The bathroom (tiled-floor) is composed of a shower, a washbasin with a mirror above, a washing machine and the toilets.

Linen and towels provided.

Electric heat.

Location:

You can't be more central, and so close of Notre Dame de Paris cathedral.

You are in Saint Michel with its fountain, its narrow streets, its numerous restaurants, bars, pubs and souvenirs' shops.

You can visit the famous cathedral Notre Dame de Paris, which is a minute walk from the studio.

Saint Michel on the line 4, which crosses the capital from the north to the south and brings you directly to La Gare Montparnasse and Les Halles.

The RER C is useful to go to Les Invalides, Le Pont d'Alma and La Gare D'Austerlitz.
