After entering through a country cottage door you'll access the living room, on the right the dining area and on the left the living area.
The living area is fitted with a large sectional couch which folds into a bed, modern wall hangings, end tables, coffee table, a flat-screen TV with cable hook-up, antique chairs, shelves and a large square design bench covered in leather.

We stayed for 7 days in this 3 storey apartment.It is located in district 3 about a 15 min walk to Notre Dame & the Latin Quarter.The apartment has akitchen and lounge area on the ground floor,1st floor has a bedroom & bathroom & a small settee whic can be used as a bed.The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms & a bathroom. The whole place it is very comfortable and accessable from the street through a secure entrance into a courtyard. The area has many resturants and bars.There are 2 very good italian resturants in the street close by.
This apartment is not suitable with families with very small children.It has many gaps along the staircase through which children can fall.it also has a large hole on the ground floor leading to a cellar which is not covered.We had an 11mth old crawling baby which had to watched at all times. Not at all condisive to a relaxing holiday. It is great for adults & older children.The other criticism i have is that for the price we paid we could have been given more toilet paper & some dishwashing detergent.We had 6 adults & 1 7yr old staying 1 week and got 2 rolls of toilet paper.Also be aware they do not accept credit cards & you must leave a bond equivalent to 1 weeks rent all in cash. -

The service we received was very friendly and helpful. The flat suited our needs very well and apart from a couple of small maintenance issues which I am sure are being looked at we would reccommend it. The location was great as there is a supermarket just around the corner as well as markets close by and also quite a few restaurants nearby.
Overall we were pleased with the whole stay apart from a lack of time to do all we would have liked to. -

We just returned from Paris and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There were 6 of us (3 couples) and this apartment was a perfect fit. The location is fantastic, and it had everything we needed.

The flat was fantastic. We had no complaints. There was a lovely market around the corner as well as super markets and the accomodations were perfect for visiting with family.

Right around the corner was an open air market for fresh fish, vegetables, fruits as well as outstanding bakeries, butchers, and cheese shops. The location is excellent and the apartment is very comfortable and well appointed.
