We had a fantastic time in Paris, this apartment was super! Great size for Paris, all modern amenities and the owners made sure to have everything there for travelers..including electric adapters, iron/board,blow dryer...etc. The location is between the Eiffel Tower and the arc de Triumph in a nice, upscale neighborhood w/lots of good restaurants and bakeries. To get to the 1st/4th arrondissements is easily done, metro stop is only a block away. The owners also made great use of the space with lots of cabinets/drawers..also loved the fact that we had " security" in that you must put in a code for the main door and secondary door. Apartment manager Jose was there when we arrived and was very helpful during our stay...would definitely recommend this rental! Merci beaucoup!

A warm welcome from Maureen, including homemade cookies, set the tone for our stay. Apartment is quiet (top floor), very comfortable, spacious and secure lift access. Many low-key but welcoming restaurants and shops nearby (the more you look, the more you find), a ten-minute stroll from Trocodero and arc de Triomphe.
All in all a lovely place to spend our 5 days in Paris. Only drawback is no laundry facilities but it really wasn't that big an issue. -

Vancouver, British columbia, CanadaVery, very disappointed with outdoor area. (outdoor balconies)
Left on 10/03/2011 for a stay in September 2011
First of all, Maureen was very very nice and very helpful. secondly we had a very good time, however the accommodations were a bit disappointing. The interior, although very spacious and pleasant was very cheaply finished, with loose faucets, loose bathroom sinks etc.
The balcony, a selling point with the view, was totally unacceptable. The small table was broken, the cement was cracked and chipped and the exterior door frames were cracked and in need of repair and paint. Yhere was nothing charming about the outdoor space other than the view. If you wish, we have photos that we could certainly share with you.
Feel free to contact us for more details. -

Spacious apartment with Eiffel tower view---what can you expect more? It's on the pricy side, but so does the experience. The days I stayed here was the most memorable time in Paris somehow.

CobbleStay really knocked it out of the park with this location. The bustling street of avenue Kleber was right underneath this posh but warm penthouse apartment. With breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower and quick walks to either the Etoile or Trocadero, you really can't beat the unreal deal offered at 4 Rue Cimarosa.
The building's management are considerate and paint Paris in an accessible light, they are a great silent partner to your stay and are just a stairwell away. I am so glad that they make themselves available for their guests because they saved the day a number of times.
I highly recommend this apartment to both traveling families or for a romantic getaway for two, as was the case with us! -

Great location with shops, subway, and attractions all within walking distance. Had a great time, great weather, and the accommodations were very comfortable, much better than staying in a hotel. And being able to look out at the Eiffel tower was really magically. I never knew how cool it could be, what a great place!

Great view of the tower, awesome 1BR apartment with more space then you can imagine. Metro one block away but usually requires at least one transfer to get to major museums and sites away from the tower. Neighborhood is active but not noisy. Super swank place and great owners who live right below.

First, you have all the comforts of a home; refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer. This gives you the option of dining in or out.
Second, it is near many great bakeries, sandwich shops, chocolate shops and groceries.
Third and very important, it is near Metro and Bus stations which make it very convenient to visit Paris' many attractions! -

Left on 01/18/2011 for a stay in January 2011
My husband and I spent 8 days in Paris and stayed at apartment 26. The apartment was everything we had hoped for and more- fitted with modern appliances and furnishings, spacious, in a great location and of course the a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. The metro, restuarants and a grocery store are all a short walk away.
Maureen and her husband were such gracious hosts and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
I would not stay anywhere else in Paris. -

Left on 01/04/2011 for a stay in January 2011
We loved the closeness of this apartment to so many things we wanted to see in Paris. The owners who lived on the premises were very kind and welcoming and we were delighted that Maureen kindly offered some of her fresh muffins to our family. The only slightly annoying thing was the families 3 year old who was prone to throwing loud tantrums - often. As we were out alot this didn't cause a major problem for our family. Our 15 year old found the lounge comfy to sleep on but I really think this apartment is suited more for 2 people.

Left on 12/24/2010 for a stay in September 2010
My husband and I stayed at apartment #26 in September 2010. It was our third trip to Paris in as many years and we were looking to experience a bit of real Paris. We were not disappointed. The apartment is even better in actuality with every amenity you could ever want, including a great selection of English books, a bath tub, and a Nespresso machine. The balcony offers heart stopping views over Paris and is the perfect place to start and finish your days. We were also warmed by our hosts who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and even booked us an early morning taxi to the airport. The location is also perfect and we recommend getting up early one morning to enjoy a sunrise on the steps of Trocadero. Excellent value for price. We are looking forward to our next trip and would not hesitate to book this property again.

San FranciscoTerrific alternative to a hotel for several days' stay
Left on 12/21/2010 for a stay in June 2010
My wife and I stayed here for a few days on a vacation, as an alternative to a hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience in this apartment. It was spacious, clean, well-designed, conveniently located, and very well-managed. The living room and dining room were in one space, adjacent to the kitchen, all convenient and modern, with a nice view of the neighborhood rooftops and the Eiffel Tower. The location was in a very nice neighborhood, close enough to walk to the L'Etoile but not so close to be in the touristy mainstream. We liked best the space, views, location, and "management". I can't say that there is anything we did not like.

Corona del mar, CaRoof Deck Townhouse
Left on 04/08/2010 for a stay in April 2010
We really enjoyed our stay at Cobblestay # 26 Roof Deck Townhouse in Paris. The location is excellent and safe with a metro station (Boissiere), lots of stores, pharmacy, restaurants and famous attractions within 2-10 minutes walking distance. The owner is a very pleasant and courteous American couple who lives on the 4th floor with 4 well behaved young children. They were exceptionally helpful and even helped us with part of our laundry including folding our clothes! We felt like staying at a friend's home. Our kids (8 and 5 yo) really enjoyed playing with the owner's kids. The apartment is new, very comfortable and spacious with modern amenities (espresso machine and capsules, Ipod docking, microwave, cable TV, free calls to US, WiFi, DVD players, large collection of DVD movies for kids and adults, hot water for tea...). Sheets/bedding & towels are top quality and smell fresh. The building is still under renovation so the path from the building entrance to the elevator still need some works and clean up (this is the reason for 4/5 for 'clean' rating) but once arriving on the fifth floor where the rental unit is located, everything is clean and spotless. Large glass doors on both sides provide lots of lights during the day time and the unit is very well lit at night. The top 1/3 of the Eiffel tower is visible from the living/dining/entertaining room and is beautiful with its flashing lights at night. The area is absolutely quiet day and night. The only minor noise issue is the sound of water dripping heard from the bedroom during the rain which I'm sure can be easily fixed.
Maps with markings for stores location, park, local attractions etc. and tourist info are provided.
In summary we highly recommend this unit and hope that works on the entrance area is completed in the near future to make this rental location perfect. We look forward to staying here again when we come back to Paris.

#26 Was an outstanding first experience with CobbleStay! The flat was on the caliber of hotels I frequent with in the US & EU (4 & 5*). The views & outdoor space were great despite the winter temps I found myself stepping out each morning to sip my coffee and marvel at the Eiffel Tower and the rooftops of Paris, the views a bit like Ratatouille. #26 felt like home, with warm & comfortable bedding and throws, a stocked kitchen for cooking, Bose ipod docking station, easy and reliable wifi for work. The property managers only enhanced the great experience with fresh baked treats, wine and the essentials already waiting in the fridge. I have already suggested #26 to three sets of friends traveling later this year. And the metro is very convenient, I felt comfortable as a single woman, walking to the metro at 6:30am to head to a yoga class. Looking forward to booking #26 again soon.
