This Paris accommodation in Bastille is on the 2nd floor, in a really quiet residence of 8 floors with a lift, made safe by a digicode and an intercom.

The entrance of this accommodation in Paris gives onto the living-room, quite spacious, divided in two parts. The first one is the living area, equipped with a sofa, (it can be opened and a child can easily sleep on it, but the mattress is really thin, that is why we don't think it is suitable for an adult), a coffee table and two comfortable armchairs.

The second space of this Paris accommodation is the dining area, equipped with a dining-table where 4 people can sit. The kitchen... is open on the living-room, it is well equipped and spacious as well. From the living-room you will access an absolutely charming balcony where you will be able to sit as there is a small table with 2 chairs.

This balcony overlooks the backside garden. If you like it green, that is the place to be. Please also note that if you have children, this place is perfect as the children are allowed to play in the garden. If you need a quiet place to read, work, or just think and watch the sky, you will love this place. There are 2 bedrooms. In the first one you will find a double bed (160 x 200) and a large closet. The second one has a double sofa bed (130 x 190) perfect for one person but also suitable for a couple.

The window of each bedroom looks onto the garden. The bedrooms are therefore really quiet. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilets are independent, accessible from the corridor. To conclude this lovely Paris accommodation in Bastille will be perfect for 4 people. It can be suitable for 5 people of the 5th person is a child or a young adult as he/she will be able to sleep in the living-room on the sofa bed.

With one foot on Bastille and the other one on the Marais, the location of this Paris accommodation in Bastille is exceptional : what about a ballet or an opera, the Bastille Opera is just 10 minutes walking distance, what about quietness and green ambient, the garden and the Basins of the Arsenal are just waiting for you to make you enjoy their charms, or even what about a stroll in the genuine Paris, small streets and facades of the Marais or the Place des Vosges will take you to a unique universe.
Saint Louis Island is accessible by foot, the neighbourhood is truly Parisian : residential, quiet and enlivened. Streets are safe by day as by night. The rue Saint Antoine and its shops (bakeries, fruit and vegetables, take away food shops…) will enable you to make your daily market, your thirst of Paris night life will quench with the rue de Lappe and rue de la Roquette’s bars lounges and clubs. The rue du faubourg Saint antoine will enable you to fulfill all your shopping wishes. Many restaurants are just waiting to make you discover their specialties.
The closest subway stop is Bastille and a lot of different bus lines are cruising around. Be careful, to stay here is the very first step towards a request of adoption on behalf of the City of Lights. Next to Bastille place, on Richard-Lenoir boulevard, you will find an open market every thursdays and every sundays. More than 100 shops sale fresh fruits, excellent vegetables, excellent meat, cakes. This is the most animated open air market in Paris and the favorite of foreign visitors as there are many regional products. The closest metro station of this Paris accommodation in Bastille are Chemin Vert, Bréguet Sabin, Richard Lenoir, Saint-Ambroise.
