This two-room, sixth-floor, elevator-accessible apartment (38 m²) has been tastefully decorated with a modern feel. It has an open-concept and, with light decor, a skylight, and windows on two sides that overlook a private courtyard, it receives a lot of natural light yet very little noise. The front door is in the kitchen (8 m² - north facing), which is at the centre of the apartment. The kitchen has a small window overlooking the inner courtyard and a skylight. It is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences (refrigerator, electric burners, and dishwasher) and has all the cooking and eating utensils you’ll need. The e...ating area consists of a high table/counter and four chairs. The living room (11.5 m² - southeast facing) overlooks the inner courtyard and is decorated in light shades of beige. The bedroom (11.5 m² - southeast facing) also overlooks the inner courtyard and is very quiet. The Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées—one of the most beautiful avenues in the world, lined with designer stores and luxury hotels—are only a 10-minute walk away. The Palais des Congrès and Porte Maillot are located just behind Rue du Débarcadère. The apartment itself is within a stone's throw of Place Saint Ferdinand, a quaint square bustling with restaurants and outdoor cafés. Avenue des Ternes, only a 3-minute walk away, is one of the main streets with its many boutiques and food shops. The large food market on Rue Poncelet (open all day, every day) is only a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
