On a rare property with a 2,000m2 garden, we have two separate guest houses : one apartment, and a separate cottage. You can rent the one or the other, or the two.

Vast and luxury new apartment in a private house offering a panoramic view over Paris. It is equipped for 6 people with a very large floor area of 120 m2.

This size is rare! and when you see a 10 meters long lounge with a view on the Eiffel Tower, you will be very surprised!

It is 5 min away by the tram to Paris La Defense (the largest shopping centre in France) and 25 min away from Porte de Versailles (exhibition centre); the... tram is only a few steps away.

Its 120 m2 floor area encompasses:

- 3 bedrooms with twin beds, wardrobes and bedside tables. Sheets and duvets are provided. Baby bed provided on demand.

- 1 open plan kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, 4 ring hob, coffee maker, toaster and food processor. Iron and iron board.

- 1 breakfast bar.

- 1 dining-room with a large table and 8 chairs and 1 adjoining living-room (10 m in length) with large picture windows overlooking Paris and 2 leather sofas each for 3 people + 2 armchairs. One professional massage chair.

- Unlimited Internet wireless access.

- 1 bathroom: separate bathtub and shower, 2 hand basins, 2 toilets, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a hair dryer. Towels and bath sheets are provided.

Paris : Bois de Boulogne which is a 2,137 acre park where you can go strolling, bike riding, or viewing the many garden areas. The apartment has a 10 meters long window with a splendid panoramic view over

Paris: you can see the Eiffel Tower as well as the Sacre-Coeur. You'll find shops for groceries, a baker, a pub with newspapers and cigarettes, a snack, a pharmacy, and several excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. In case of an emergency a hospital is 5 minutes walk from the apartment (Hopital Foch).

The house is just a two minutes walk from the Tramway station Belvedere. This line goes directly to Paris-La Defense.

Paris-La Defense (2 stations, 5 minutes) / The biggest commercial centre of France, and many towers, including the famous Grande Arche. This station is connected to the Paris Metro line Nr 1 which will take you to the Champs Elysees, the Concorde Place, the Louvre Museum or La Bastille within minutes. The Eiffel Tower is about 4 miles (7 kms)from the apartment.

This apartment nestles on the heights of the Mont-Valerien: the highest point of the city overlooking Paris. Suresnes is adjacent to Paris, these 2 towns only being separated by the Seine River. One of its banks belongs to Paris whereas the other one belongs to Suresnes. The area is well served by the RATP and SNCF transport companies: T2 tram from La Defense to Porte de Versailles, direct train connection from Paris-Saint-Lazare train station and many buses available. This residential area looks like a small village with nice shopkeepers only 100m away.

Bar/brasserie/newsagent, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy and Foch hospital 400m away in case of emergency. Possibility of ordering ready meals: pizzas, sushi, Indian food, etc. Nestled on the heights of a hill with various gardens in the surroundings, this area enjoys quiet and peacefulness.

Charges included

The price can be paid at once or in various payments, as long as everything is paid before arrival (along with a security deposit). You can pay a 30 percent deposit by bank transfer upon booking and the balance in cash upon arrival. We do not accept cheques or credit cards. The total amount can also be paid by bank transfer if you do not want to pay in cash - in one or more payment(s), but the full amount must be on our bank account before your arrival. We also accept payments by PayPal.

Arrivals on the first day take place from 5 pm but you we offer you the possibility of leaving your luggage from 2 pm.
The accommodation must be left before 12 am upon departure.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

If you would like to, we can welcome you upon arrival. We will explain you how the household appliances work.

Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent

Damage deposit: EUR300.00
