This premier apartment is located on Ile Saint-Louis. With access by bridges to either the Left or the Right Banks, this is one of the most sought after locations in Paris. Luxury, quality, beauty and comfort...this apartment has it all.

When staying on Ile Saint-Louis Luxe, you are within walking distance to Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, Le Marais, Place Des Voges and Saint Germain-des-Pres. The island is home to some of Paris' best restaurants and cafes, as well as Berthillon, the world famous glacee purveyor.

This apartment features:

A living area with a writing desk, a breakfast table and a dining table that can be fit...ted together to accommodate a dinner party for 8 guests.

You will find a bar enclosed behind the artwork as well as the television. There are two decorative fireplaces, beautiful accent lighting and a chandelier hanging from the wood beamed ceiling.

The two couches in the center of the living area open up to full size beds. This apartment can sleep up to 6 guests.

A full kitchen with butcher block counters, a farm house sink, a microwave, a La Cornue stove with a mosaic tile back splash, Nespresso machine, French press coffee maker, tea kettle.

One bathroom with tiled floors, mirrored vanity, plenty of cabinet and storage space, freestanding ceramic soaking tub, stained glass windows, separate shower/toilet room with door for privacy. The marble shower has a rain shower system.

The master bedroom has a full-sized bed fitted with designer bedding. The mirrored walls at the foot of the bed open to a full wardrobe closet and drawers/storage space. The is air conditioning in this bedroom.

This apartment is accessed via two flights of stairs, European 2nd floor.

The price per night listed above is our "average" price per night. Pricing fluctuates during the year based on length of your stay and the season in which you travel. We do not charge extra for additional guest. We have a 4 night minimum stay throughout the year (most agencies require a 7 night stay). The only fee associated with the booking is a $79.00 non-refundable damage wavier fee. We do offer early arrival and late departure for a nominal fee.   The apt was perfect for myself and two daughters. We each had our own bed. Wifi allowed us to plan out each day ahead with ease. We were close to Pont Marie Metro and found plenty of good restaurants and ice cream on the island. It was very cold during our visit but the apt was the perfect temperature. The kitchen was well equipped and bathroom had standing shower as well as a tub. We also felt safe too. The manager of the apt was very accomodating to meet us upon our arrival.
