We stayed here with our 3 year old. Great location - close to metro cases markets and everything most people need and best of all no tourists really in the area so though close enough to everything felt like you were in Paris rather than in a holiday destination. I would usually stay around st germain but being in the 7th was great. Paris perfect were great to deal with theyborganisednour pick up which was trouble free and met us there and showed us everything . Has a lift so that was a bonus but that said I walked the five flights and found that easy - son and husband used the lift. The apartment was spacious and well equipped . No noise at night. Pictures On site and escription were accurate. Only tip is you can't sit on the balcony- we weren't sure if you could or not when we booked but no drama as was cold. Also great little park for little ones in champs de mars

Paris Perfect did a wonderful job with our stay in Paris. We were promptly met with the keys, shown the apartment, shown how to use the appliances. The information booklet in the apartment was great--containing info on Paris and also details on the neighborhood. We were traveling with a 6-year old and the apartment could not have been better--the layout was perfect for us all getting enough rest to allow us all to enjoy our Paris vacation. The amenities in the apartment, including the air conditioning, were great. The free wifi and calls to the United States made keeping in touch and planning our next adventures completely stress free. We met other people visiting Paris on tours that we took and to a person, they complained about their hotels, had problems with their telephones, and had difficulty finding a spot with a wireless connection to check messages. The location of the Sancerre apartment is great--also great for families because the Eiffel Tower and the park are so close, as are the great shops of the Rue Cler and the wonderful neighborhood restaurants. Our favorite was au Bon accueil. We had a lovely meal there (where we also saw a famous us actress having dinner). I highly recommend Paris Perfect, especially for families.

First let us thank Paris perfect very much. We have travelled to many beutiful places and stayed in superb hotels and resorts, but this 2-week stay in Paris undoubtedly has been our best vacation ever. It was such in great part due to Paris Perfect. The apartment was accuralety as decribed on your Web Site and in an absolutely wonderful location and was cared for in an excellent manner. Having a degree of discomfort in not speaking French and not being able to call the front desk of a hotel, we found that Paris Perfect and its Staff anticipated such and provided excellent information and resources -- we did retain several of the guides and resouces recommended by Paris Perfect and found each to be knowledgable and delightful. The experience of living in and feeling we were a part of a neighborhood versus a hotel room was fantastic. I beleive we permanently have embedded in our minds the view through our french doors of the Eiffel Tower. Thanks again, and we already are planning for another 2-week stay in one of your apartments for next year.

The service from the Paris Perfect staff was just wonderful and Extremely helpful.
This apartment was fantastic to say the least and beautifully decorated.
We walked in and it was wow !!! Everything was at your finger tips. Even down to the welcome basket of goodies on arrival including a bottle of wine was very much appreciated.
Paris Perfect really know how to do everything right for their clients.
The view from your balconies 24hrs a day of the Eiffel Tower were magical for us, especially at night.
This is where I wanted to be with my husband for my 60th Birthday and I certainly got my wish and some.
You cannot better the Sancerre apartment --- location, location.
Fantastic views of daily life around you, people walking in the park,
looking down to the Cafe's and seeing local's relaxing each morning or evening. ( which we also did )
The Restaurant's, Deli's, Butchery and Patisserie's are all within 50 meter's of the apartment. Including the Supermarket.
Also the Street of Rue Cler is. only a few streets away for the beautiful fresh markets --- All foods from Cheeses, Fish, Fruit and Vegetables, more Patisserie's and Restaurants to lovely Fresh Flowers.--- unbelievable
Very easy for transport as the buses are around the corner, the Subway is in the next block and the Hop On Hop Off bus to tour the city is across the road at the park.
Best of all the Eiffel Tower is approximately 300 meter's from the apartment including the Seine River. --- perfect for everything.
My husband Leigh and I had the most wonderful week here and most certainly will be back, we just loved staying in Paris in this beautiful apartment " the Sancerre ".
To all the staff of Paris perfect we say thank-you so very much, you do a wonderful job.

Can't say enough about our fantastic stay in Sancerre. From the moment we walked into the dining room and saw the Eiffel Tower view, we were in an absolute dreamland. The lovely people from Paris Perfect were helpful in every way, from Sam's very thorough explanation of the inner workings of the apartment, to the extremely helpful book of neighborhood suggestions for everything from cheese to dry cleaning. Many mornings we popped across the street and got coffee, croissants, and baguettes to sustain us through our days. We had picnic under the Eiffel, we strolled through the Tuileries Garden, we sat in the wine bar across the street and visited with the owner and watched people come home from work. And having that lovely apartment to come home to made everything so pleasant. Thanks, Paris Perfect, for making our dream vacation truly perfect!

The Sancerre apartment for Paris Perfect was absolutely as gorgeous as it appeared in the pictures. There were four of us and plenty of room to stretch out, eat and cook. There are wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood and of course "The Rue Cler" is minutes away. A great bakery, meat market(roasting chickens every morning they are open) and supermarket are literally steps away. The two Metro stations are a short walk and we enjoyed walking the tree lined streets.
Just beautiful and we would definitely return again. Thank you Paris Perfect for a wonderful experience in your beautiful city. -

Our family of three stayed in the Sancere apartment for a week. The apartment is lovely and comfortable and full of light, with a wrap around small balcony and killer views of the Eiffel Tower. The location is fantastic - it is an easy walk to the Seine and to the Eiffel Tower. But the best part is the neighbourhood - there are many bakeries and other food shops within a couple of blocks - and Rue Cler is about four blocks away. For those nights we stayed in, we never had to actually cook - we would buy a roast chicken, salad, tarts, cheese, baguettes etc., and have a feast. And if you want to go out, thereare many good restaurants and cafes within walking distance also. The Paris Perfect people give you a great list of recommendations for shops and restaurants - which was extremely useful to get us started. And the best part is that you really feel like you are in Paris - living as Parisans do (although if you do not speak French it is not a problem because most of the shopkeepers and restaurants waiters spoke English - maybe because of proximity to Eiffel Tower). The only drawback (and it is a small one) was some street noise from cars as the apartment on one side overlooks an intersection and also noise from the cafe at the corner sometimes - but we found it part of the experience of living in Paris. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Paris in January? Things just fell that way, and in no way was I disappointed. The most gracious effect was the lovely Sancerre apartment from whose windows the Eiffel Tower loomed during the day and glowed and twinkled during the night hours. What remains of all the fine impressions was the neighborhood setting replete with many shops and restaurants. I especially enjoyed time in the rain spent with the oyster monger, he in his yellow slicker and I beneath my umbrella.

My husband, myself, our two small children, and my parents all stayed together in the Sancerre apartment from October 22 to 28, 2009. We loved it! From the moment I researched apartments for rent in Paris and found the "Paris Perfect" website, until the moment we left the apartment, we were thoroughly impressed with Paris Perfect. We appreciate the level of detail on their website, their responsiveness to questions, and the fact that they thought of everything when they put together the apartments!
Sancerre is in a wonderful location - 2 blocks from the Eiffel Tower, 2 blocks from the river, 2 blocks from the metro. And when you walk out the door of the building you have everything you need in easy walking distance - a baker, butcher, grocery store, coffee shop, wine shop, chocolatier, and fruit/veggie shop, plus dozens of restaurants. It is a great neighborhood to stay in. The apartment itself was very nice and had enough space for 4 adults and 2 children. It gets lots of sun and has a wonderful, open view over the circle below where seven different streets come together. Having our own kitchen was a great way to save money and time - we ate all of our breakfasts and many dinners in the apartment. The view of the tower is wonderful, though really it is only seen from one end of the dining room table or from parts of the balcony.
We loved that Paris Perfect met us at the apartment to show us how everything worked, and was kind enough to
leave us a detailed binder full of information, as well as slippers, a bottle of wine, some cookies, and some washing machine tablets. They think of everything! When we had a question about getting the wireless internet to work, they immediately helped us out. And when the bathroom door lock accidentally broke, they sent the handyman right over.
We have absolutely no complaints and have only good things to say about Sancerre and about Paris Perfect!! We hope to visit again some day!! -

Just a short note of thanks to take such good care of us. Our 10 days stay
in your apartment was again most enjoyable and pleasant. Like being at home
but in Paris.
The apartment was very nicely furnished and nothing was missing. The 7th
arrondissement is a great location in Paris, not only close to the Eiffel
Tower but it is very residential with many small but excellent restaurants,
yet in the middle of Paris. If one likes to stay at home, cook and eat
there, no problem: excellent butchers, bakeries, and grocers, cheese shops,
a fishmonger are just around the corner. Three markets, open on different
days of the week, are all in walking distance. Just great, convenient and
very interesting. And the Parisians are always very friendly and helpful.
We certainly will be back. -

This is the 4th time we have been to Paris and each time we have rented an
apartment in a different neighborhood.
The whole procedure was made very simple by the wonderful staff at Paris
Perfect,
The booklet with all the information you need that you download prior to
your trip was super.
The apartment was as advertised. Very comfortable and beautiful and had
all the appliances and amenities that one could imagine.
The location was the best. Every kind of store, market, bakeries etc. are
found on St. Dominque.
The view of the Eiffel Tower was magnificent. Loved the beautiful balcony
encircling the apartment and the floor to ceiling windows. The Welcome
Gifts were a nice touch and greatly appreciated.
Paris Perfect's recommendation of Victor for arrival and departure at the
airport was A+.

My friend and I decided to rent an apartment in Paris so we could live
like the locals and it was an experience not to be missed! The location
of the property was great, with local markets nearby and the Seine
only a few blocks away. But the most memorable aspect was the
