I am so thankful that a friend suggested looking into renting a privately owned condo for my family when they drove 1400 miles to attend my grad school graduation. Plenty of room for six adults and a 10-year-old girl to sleep and for my fiance and I to visit during the day! I don't know what else I can say about Carter's condo that hasn't already been said in past reviews -- everything advertised is absolutely true!

Things that are awesome about this condo:
Owner is a timely, clear, and efficient communicator. Thoughtful with communication and with the condo itself -- everything is made easy, because the owner has thought of everything.
Everything is exactly as described in the listing--no surprises.
Condo is new and very clean.
Bed and bath linens are new, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of extra linens.
Well-stocked extras -- kitchen has coffee (Starbucks!), filters, creamer, condiments, etc. Bathrooms have soap, shampoo, kleenex (not just TP), hair dryers, etc.
Everything is labeled!! From the keys needed to get around the condo complex and garage to the shelves of sheets in the closets - you will not have any questions. Everything is made so easy.
We would definitely stay again! -

This place was fantastic. It was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. Nice TV/living room and the rooms were bigger than I imagined before arriving. Carter was excellent to deal with and went above and beyond for us during out stay (Even drove up to grab something from the post office for us). We had 5 people stay in the condo, but it could sleep 6. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and we would stay there again. The surrounding around is amazing, the mtn biking was incredible. The condo is also right across the street from an organic grocery store and very close to a Walmart and big box area for shopping. Driving time to SLC airport is about 20min and downtown Park City is around 5-7min, so location is ideal for getting around.

Perfect location in Bear Hollow Village! Close to the pool and wonderful view from easily accessible ground floor unit. The owners have thought about everything! The unit is stocked with absolutely everything you could need for an enjoyable extended stay. Construction is brand new and furnishings are impecible. Owner was a pleasure to work with. We will certainly be returning.

We enjoyed our stay at Carters condo and had a great time in the home and using all the amenities. My kids loved that they had a Nintendo to play with when mom and dad were shopping. The location is great with the new shopping center and downtown Park City only 3 miles down the road. We also made plans for doing things in Salt Lake and it was only 15 to 20 min away from anywhere we were going, well worth the travel to enjoy the cooler weather and the views. I will definetly be back again and would recommend this condo to others.

This is a great condo. The kitchen appliances are updated in a well equipped kitchen. The place is very clean. It is close to skiing, restaurants and good grocery stores. My family enjoyed the hot tub. The owner was very responsive to requests.

We had a great stay in the condo. The space was comfortable and tastefully decorated, with a great kitchen for cooking big meals. The condo is down the road from Canyons and other resorts. Carter (the owner) was great -- very responsive and always available to answer any questions.

This condo provided the perfect venue for our family to relax and unwind after Christmas. We skied for four days, and came back to the condo each time and gave our tired legs a treat in the hot tub. The kitchen was more than adequate and allowed us to cook several meals and enjoy the big screen TV (football bowl games) and have a drink by the fireplace. Very nice amenities and user friendly.

Our family of 5 stayed for one week during the Christmas break. The location couldn't be better, just minutes away from two ski resorts. The owner was great to work with and has spent a lot of time making the condo a home away from home. From the detailed directions, instructions on the condo, to restaurant referrals, nothing was missed. Video games, board games and movies were a nice touch too. The condo fit our family perfectly and could have accomodated more. Would definitely stay here again!

Your condo was great - it was everything that you said it was ... and more. It was lovely to have the fully appointed kitchen (kudo's on your choice of pots - great quality - you should probably add a note to your wonderful list of directions that people should not put them in the dishwasher!).
Your list of directions was fabulous and helpful - thank you! We did treat this as our home and unfortunately, while I believe we left the place in neat condition ... I was not mobile when we left.
We had 2 days of skiing and 2 days of hanging at the condo (I tore my acl on a run so was "coach-ridden"). It shows that your place is large enough for 2 adult and 2 adult-sized kids (17 and 22 year old football players) to not go stir crazy.
The location was great! The size was right for 2 adults and probably up to 4 kids (especially if they are little), it would also be fine for 2 couples with 2 kids. I wouldn't put more than that in the unit or it will be cramped.
Parking is tight with a minivan (especially is 4208 has a minivan or truck) - we refered to it as "threading the needle". It was nice to have the garage so that we could leave the skis in the van.
For those who end up injured, there is an elevator from the garage to the unit (thankfully).

We stayed at Carter's condo again for the Labor Day weekend. Carter was just as accommodating as he was last year, and we had a great time. The condo is terrific. All the furnishings are first rate, and the beds are comfy. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a great view from the balcony. Thanks again!

We had a great time in Park City. The condo was decorated nicely and the beds were really comfortable. We loved feeling at home on vacation with the great kitchen and family areas. It was awesome to be able to do laundry as we needed to wash those soccer socks between games in the soccer tournament we were there for (Daughter's team won gold!). Thanks for a great stay we'll look forward to again.

Park City is beautiful in the summer and our stay at the condo was enjoyable! Bear Hollow is a convenient location to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Many extras were provided; toys, high chair, playpen for the little ones and Dvds, board games, swimming, and Wii for the older ones. We definitely want to visit again!

My family had a wonderful stay at Carter's Bear Hollow condo. The location is perfect to get around the Park City area. The interior of the condo is beautiful and decorated well. The living room is a very comfortable and a great place to relax at. The teenage boys enjoyed the Wii and being able to spread out in the condo and have their own space. We will be returning.

There isn't much else to add that all the other reviewers have already mentioned. The owner gives you a detailed information sheet about the condo and the area, and every question we had was answered in that document. Some reviewers seemed a bit confused about the garage entry, but we had no issues.
Excellent place, it was perfect for two couples and if we had kids along, it'd be perfect for them, too. -

Very comfortable, just like home, roomy bedrooms and closets, every possible kitchen tool, right down to 2 pounds of Starbucks ground coffee. Stayed here for a guys ski trip. Carter (the owner) is very attentive to details and provides many start-up items that made the stay great (like Starbucks for the coffee maker).
Little bit of a hassle getting in and out of the underground parking... as you have to go down an outside staircase and use a separate key to enter the parking lot (why is a parking lot locked???). There is a locked closet next to the parking space that can be used for ski storage so you don't have to drag your skis up to the unit. Overall worked out well for us guys. -

Our stay at Carter's Bear Hollow Condo for a long weekend could not have been better. The condo was perfectly located to give us easy access to great skiing at Snowbird, Park City, and The Canyons and to all of the great restaurants in the area. The condo was our retreat after a long day on the slopes, and was so comfortable and well appointed that we had no reason to leave. We even watched the Superbowl from the comfort of the living room in front of the giant TV! We will be anxious to return!

This is a great condo, there were no surprises, the condo was just as advertised with all the amenities. Carter takes great pride in the Condo and is a wonderful host. My only very minor negative is that the location is great near the Utah Olympic park and Redstone shopping/restaurants, but it was about 15 min drive to Deer Valley and Park City Resort. This was not a big problem at all. For folks skiing at Canyons ski resort, the condo is only 2 minutes away so the location is perfect. We will definately stay at the condo again when we visit Park City area in the future. Also, if you are renting a car, strongly recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle for visit to Park City in the winter. We had lot of snow during our visit, which was great, and having an all wheel drive car was helpful to drive around the area.

The condo is as the owner described it. It is not only stocked with basics like utensils, spices, condiments, and toiletries, there are even movies, board games and Wii. It is clearly a well kept vacation home, and because the owner makes everything available for the guests to use, it feels like someone is truly welcoming you to stay at their home. The owner sends detailed instructions on how to get keys, so there isn't really a need for "check-in" procedure. Our group enjoyed the place, and I will for sure stay here again if I visit Park City.

We have vacationed a lot, and this condo was one of the best equipped. It has the view, location and amenities you expect on vacation, with the comforts of home like the fireplace, great beds, wi-fi and air purifiers. I also love that the pantry is stocked with items left from prior guests so you don't have to buy little things like spices, condiments or microwave popcorn! The Owner is very nice and reasonable I highly recommend this condo.

Carter's description of his condo and the surrounding area is exactly as stated. We spent 8 nights in this condo and the 6 of us (2 adults and 4 teens) were very comfortable. The condo complex is located at the base of Olympic Center with great shopping nearby. There is much to do in Park City and it's a great place for a summer family vacation. Carter has done a magnificent job providing an outstanding home-away-from-home. You've gotta stay in this condo!!

Everything that Carter told us about the condo is true. We love the proximity to the Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort. We love the modern decorations and how everything that we needed for our family ski vacation is already there. We love the heated parking for our vehicle. The new Wii is great for the kids who always seem to have more steam to blow off after a whole day skiing?!! The grille is great for the steaks we always want....I have never stayed in a more fully furnished condo anywhere. Thanks Carter!!

We loved Carter's condo at Bear Hollow! Carter made the rental process a breeze with prompt replies, thorough instructions and a personal phone call the night before just to confirm arrival and departure times. The location was convenient to The Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley resorts. Lots of choices for great restaurants, but who would want to eat out with the well appointed kitchen! All the comforts of home left our group wishing we could stay longer.

Last February, I made my second trip to Carter's condo (I had been there the year before as well) for our annual guy's ski trip. Though everyone knows of the legendary conditions in Park City, few know of the extraordinary lenghts that Carter goes to insure an exceptional stay for his guests. Reasonably priced accommodations and exceptional amenities are just the beginning.
An avid skier and frequent user of his own accommodations, you will find that he has thought of just about everything. From Starbucks coffee, comfortable bedding, filled soap and shampoo dispensers ... to quality cooking equipment and a ready-to-go Weber gas grill, he stays one step ahead of his guests' needs. The unit is conveniently located to all the Park City ski resorts and a short drive to the Wasatch front (Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton). Heated garage with private storage of gear, pool, spa, clubhouse, quiet surroundings and scenic views are all available. The newer complex is beautiful, easy to find, and very well maintained. You just can't go wrong. We have had incredible times in the past and will be looking to Carter to help us make more memories in the future. -

My whole family had a GREAT time here and it was very convenient to ski all 3 resorts in Park City or even for going into Salt Lake City to ski any of the other ski resorts. Having been a time share owner for over 10 years in Park City, we outgrew our unit and sold it two years ago. Therefore, we were in the rental market and thank goodness we found Carter's. It is so nice that we never missed out old "ski in" unit in town. I have never seen one so well equiped and furnished with such upscale items. We were lucky enough to be able to stay at this condo for my husband's birthday. I was awestruck. Beautiful condominimum with very high end furnishings, luxurious sheets and bedding, 32" and 50" flat screen tv's, DVD's, books, toys, etc. What an experience. Had we left something at home that we thought we might need, we would have found it at this condo. Typically after a stay someone other than our home, I'm ready to go home. However, we didn't want to leave. It's a slice of heaven up there and the owner(s) did an outstanding job.

comfortable place to stay when we were in Park City. Carter had everything we
needed at our finger tips. Toiletries, extra blankets, the pool toys, items we

perfect location to go skiing or hiking, the mountains were in your front and
back yards, Olympic Park was around the corner, downtown Main Street was a

We recently rented Carter Williamson's condo in Park City, Utah. My husband and I have traveled all over the world staying usually in bed and breakfasts and privately owned homes. For us, this condo had everything. My one year old grandson had access to a crib, a high chair, toys, even appropriate eating utensils. We were close to everything in Park City and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the exercise room. We even had free internet access and could download our etickets from the airline. The unit is beautiful, comfortable and roomy even with the six of us, ages 1 to 65. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone. It truly had everything we needed.

We had a girls weekend at Carters condo and it was great. The condo was very accomodating and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From what the other reviews have said, this place has about everything you can imagine. This is by far one of the best vacation rentals I have stayed at when traveling.
All the girls would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay. -

What more can be said that hasnt been said already about this place. It is missing nothing. Plasma, LCDs, movies, fans, and every cooking item you would ever need. Carter was the most accomdating person I have every delt with on a vacation rental. He even stocked water and soda's, and many of the basics on hand like ketsup, mayo, salad dressings, and STARBUCKS COFFEE!! Stay here, you wont be disappointed!!

We enjoyed our stay in Carter's wonderful condo. He was a joy to work with. The condo was in great condition, very clean, and beautifully decorated with upgraded furnishings. The kitchen was also well-stocked. We enjoyed watching TV on the comfy couch, in front of the fireplace.
We would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

This condo was PERFECT for our family vacation. Close to the ski resorts and the commercial area for shopping, dining, etc. The condo was well stocked with everything we could imagine - right down to the spices! Even had a full size high chair and pack & play for our little one. The decor was beautiful, and extremely comfortable. Carter was great to work with - very friendly and very attentive. He even helped us with lift tickets. When we head back to Park City, we'll definitely give him a call and stay here again.
