We had a group of 8 who split this 4-bedroom condo for 4 nights. It was very clean and spacious (surprisingly so for a condo), with three of the bedrooms fairly isolated from the main living space. The condo is easily accessible from Deer Valley Drive, and located near the bottom of Main Street... just a few minutes walk up to restaurants and shopping.
The only think I would note is that all four bedrooms only have one bed ... great for couples, but singles may have to share a bed (we didn't use the sleeper sofa, so can't speak to that).
Our only complaint at all was that the hot tub water was replaced on Saturday, so didn't have time to warm back up by the time we returned from our day on the slopes.
We would definitely stay here again!

While we do our best to keep the hot tub in pristine condition throughout each stay, if our spa tech finds that the PH levels are unsafe, they will drain, clean and refill the tub and it does take some time to heat back up. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Park City lodging made our trip very easy. The condo was as nice as it looks in the pictures. The hot tub fit more than 4. I think we had 7 at one time. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the town lift and to main street. I would highly recommend this place for a bunch of couples or a couple families.

great, roomy accommodations, views of PC ski area, perfect location for short walk to town. Several electrical maintainance items needed and service was prompt and quickly corrected. Would stay there again.

We have a wonderful time. The condo was more than we expected. This is our third year staying at Town Point, but our first time in a three bedroom. Worked out very well with size of our party. We love the location and will be back next year.

For a group of 5 - 10 friends, this place is ideal. Great location right in town and next to Town Lift and parking below deck.

My daughter was married there! We had the whole family with significant others and it was a great place. Large living area to accommodate different activities at once. Four bathrooms were very handy for such a large group of adults. The location is awesome. Everyone could walk to main street, Town lift, shops, restaurants, shuttles. We had cars but didn't need often. The in-laws were in the condo below-very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped. The Hot tub was very popular. The parking garage only handled one vehicle per unit so other vehicles had to park outside.

I was very pleased with the wonderful living space in this condo. However, I was disappointed with the size of the hot tub (4 persons max)for a condo this big. We stayed in this same building in the past in a smaller unit with a bigger hot tub. We had a problem with the heat but the maintenance people were very responsive and we appreciated that.
