All the comforts of home in a great location.

Left on 03/28/2013 for a stay in March 2013

Privately owned condo with all the comforts of home. The best part of this unit was its location. As they say in real-estate, location, location, location. There was no need for a car as everything we needed was accessible by either walking, bus or trolley. Located right by the Town Lift, you're on the slopes of Park City in no time. Right around the corner we were on the bus on our ride to Deer Valley which took only 10 minutes. When it was time to grocery shop we picked up the bus for a quick ride to the supermarket and state liquor store.

The unit was well appointed and similar to many two bedroom units we have rented over the past 15 years. This unit had one king-sized bed and bath and two queen-sized beds and bath. Three large screened Tv's satisfy every member of the family that needed a TV fix while on vacation. One of the best features of this unit is the private hot tub on the balcony that is off the Master Bedroom. Three people can sit in it comfortably. It oversees Main Street so you can watch the activity below.

There is an underground garage so if you do drive, parking is easy. The unit uses keys for access which can be a drawback if you need access by more than two people. Keep in mind that the unit is on Main Street so you will hear some of the sounds of the town. City dwellers won't be bothered by this at all but if you live in a secluded location there will be a trade-off for the location.

I highly recommend this unit as we received it. Sure there are always little things to improve on but not worth mentioning as they are minor compared to all that is good about this unit!

      Enjoy!!!

Bumpy start to a great trip!

Left on 01/17/2013 for a stay in January 2013

In January my wife and I along with another couple stayed in Townlift Condos 2C.The Condo was really nice, clean comfortably furnished, great location 1 block from the Town lift and Destination Sports a great little mom and pop ski shop. The Bumpy start to our trip was with Park City Lodging.Check out time for this unit is 10am,check in time is 4pm.I called Park City Lodging several months before our trip and explained that we arrived in Park City at 1pm and asked if there was any possibility of an early check in.They said they would do their best. When we landed in Salt Lake at 11:30am I called PCL they said they would do their best. When we arrived at Pcls offsite check-in it was obvious to all of us they had made no effort to accommodate us.We actually didn't get into our room until 4:30 and because of this the cost of our shuttle service more than doubled.I feel Park City Lodging could have been way more helpful,or at least pretended to be.

      Manager

Dear Frank, please accept the sincere apologies of the staff at Park City Lodging, Inc. As you noted in your review, check in time is 4:00 pm. While we would love to check every guest into their property immediately upon arrival, when there is a guest departing on the same day as an arrival, as in your case, it isn't always possible to clean it properly in time for an early arrival. I can assure you that our housekeeping staff does make every effort to accommodate those guests who request an early check in. We are very sorry if you felt our staff did not convey their sincere desire to assist you. Your comments will be shared with all of our department managers and their employees. We assure you that we do appreciate our guests and take their comments very seriously.

We do hope you will come back and stay with us again. We would welcome the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

      Sincerely, Park City Lodging, Inc.

Really great stay - Main Street $$, but worth it

Left on 01/10/2013 for a stay in December 2012

Overall: Stayed with family over Christmas holiday and had a great time. Entire family liked the unit. Plenty of space for a family of four.

      Pluses:
The location on Main Street was great. Available and easy parking. Private balcony hot tub was fantastic. At first we thought it might be odd being out in open on main street, but it honestly felt quite private at night after a long day skiing. Daily maid service was a nice surprise. Beds were all above average and the second room beds were really great (so said my kids). flat screen tv's a plus.

      Downsides:
You are on main street and it is expensive. No way around that. Fireplace was useless. Stereo system complicated. Town lift was not nearly as convenient as I'd hoped it would be. Carpeting was quite worn, but it is a rental. another review mentions that the street lights are right outside the window and its true. However there are curtains that block out that light pretty good. but in the evening it kinda forces you to keep the shades drawn.

As an aside, we used Grocery Girls to buy and deliver our groceries before we arrived. Pay a premium for that - but didn't waste my vacation time shopping and that was well worth it.

Look elsewhere...this unit was very poor!

Left on 01/05/2013 for a stay in December 2013

The sleeper sofa was "un-sleepable" forcing our 17 year old to spend 5 nights on the couch, maid service came to the unit after 4:00 every day (except of course the day were to vacate when she came at 8:15), The DVD did not work, the garage was full...forcing us to park elsewhere, and Park City Lodging was uninterested and not at all helpful or apologetic when issues were raised at check-out. Not a good experience!

      Comfort and convenience

Left on 01/24/2012 for a stay in January 2010

The furnishings are more than comfortable and the location is unbeatable. There is a Park City lift just a few feet from the door, and there is a shuttle to Deer Valley on the street below. Restaurants are almost all walking distance, and cooking in was easy in the well-equipped kitchen. My favorite thing was sitting in the hot tub, with snow falling, drinking a beverage and watching the foot traffic drift by below. In the summer, it is equally nice, with easy access to the trails. Check in and out was quick and easy, and parking was a plus. Highly recommended.

Great location. Good place. Wish it was dark at night.

Left on 03/10/2011 for a stay in March 2011

This is a super location and a nice pad. My only complaint is that the rooms are never dark. There are bright street lights outside the windows (it is on the second floor) and the curtains are far too sheer to keep the light out. If you can sleep fine with some lights on, you'll like this place. Until they change the curtains or add a blackout shade/curtain behind then, I will look for another place.

We had a wonderful time. The team at Park City Lodging was very accomidating and went out of their way to make thing easy and convienient. The Condo was really nice and the hot tub hit the spot after a long day on the slopes. This was a great location. So close to everything. (On Main & one block from Town Lift) We had 17 inches of fresh powder... skied the McConkey lift at Park City and it rocked. We took the shuttle to Deer Valley and had 4 inches of fresh snow on Empire. The dinning on Main Street was wonderful.
      We will be back.
      Thanks

Convenient to everything from skiing to rentals and restaurants.

Left on 03/10/2010 for a stay in February 2010

It was clean and nicely updated. We were able to rent snowboards and get our personal ski equipment tuned at the shop right below our condo. We walked to dinner every night and shopped. I could even walk to a local yoga studio to attend a class. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. They let us mail our ski equipment ahead of time and they even delivered them to the condo. It was one of our smoothest ski trips ever. We will definitely come back to Park City.
