My family and I spent a week at Park Station 124. The condo is very clean and has a very nice layout. Plenty of space for my family of four. An added bonus was the humidifiers they provided which were invaluable to the quality of our stay.
The unit is within walking distance (a short walk) to the town of Park City and the town lift. We rented equipment at the base of where the town lift is and we were able to store skis and boards there every night which was very convenient.

We have rented in Park Station every year for the last 3 years. This by far was one of the worst condos that we have stayed in. Lights were out, appliances did not work correctly, VCR's and no DVD player! Beds were extremely uncomfortable. It looked like this condo had not been updated since 1974! If you are looking for a cheap condo close to the lifts and you don't care about decor, then this is the condo for you.
We requested a condo change several times during our stay, but was denied by the attendant. Her response was, "this is not a hotel." In past stays, we had perfect condos that were well maintained and services was extremely helpful and friendly. I don't know if it had to do with the change in rental companies or what. But, we are definitely considered if we are going to stay in Park Station again next year.Response from Park City Lodging, Inc. - 02/25/2010

At the time of booking, this property was managed by another property management company who did not represent each individual property with property specific photos. Park City Lodging is currently working closely with individual property owners to upgrade all outdated condos at this location. Since this review, we have upgraded the furniture, bedding and decor and there will be many more upgrades to come.
