Left on 02/07/2013 for a stay in December 2012
This spotlessly clean condo was a welcoming and cozy place to stay. The wood-burning fireplace was really nice in the evenings, and the kitchen was well-enough equipped that I didn't have to go out for meals unless I felt like it. The grocery store is close by (very handy), and there's a view of the golf course/park, which is still pretty when it's covered with snow.

Left on 12/21/2012 for a stay in December 2012
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Park City! This unit is nicely decorated, walking distance to the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort, and very well maintained! Aside from the discount lift tickets, one of the greatest benefits of this property is the excellent responsiveness and communication from the owners. Patti and Kitty were always quick to respond to questions and provide suggestions on what to do in the local area. Great stay - we will surely be back!

We had a fabulous time and it was due to your wonderful arrangements and help. Thank you.
Spencer, with Freestyle transportation, is a reliable and prompt gentleman. His vehicle was clean, quiet, and first class. The condo was great. Again, clean and quiet. The location close to PC Mountain was perfect and combined with a bus stop across the street; it couldn't have been more convenient. The PC busses are wonderful with their frequent free service to the Mountain, Canyons, and Main Street. Cole Sports, acroww the street, rented us superior equipment and were friendly and knowledgeable. They also gave me a 20% discount on the rental as I am retired air Force. What a deal! Pc Mountain is a great place to ski and I was amazed at how the Canyon's has expanded. Skiing there was fantastic. If you are looking for a great Italian meal, we had a wonderful experience at Cicero's on Main Street. We recommend it.
All in all, fantastic work Kitty. We look forward to renting from all Park City Condos again soon.

We were very happy with our stay at SnowCrest 212.
The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for eating at home, since we cooked almost every night.
The location was great (especially since we did not have a car) -- it was a short walk to the Payday lift and easy access to the grocery and bus services.
And finally, the service we received from Patti and Kitty, at all Park City Condos was top-notch.
We would definitely stay there again. -

Thank you Patti and Kitty for making our stay so enjoyable! The condo was exactly what we wanted. Close to skiing, grocery store, buses and great restaurants. We ate in most nights while enjoying a nice fire. We skied only at Deer Valley and found it to be our favorite place from now on. Not only is that where Greg proposed but there are no snow boarders allowed on the mountain!!! Yippy to both. Thank you again and I'm sure we will be back when there is more snow. Until then... Houston, TXgreat property and fabulous service
Left on 03/22/2011 for a stay in March 2011
First of all, the condo was lovely--very comfortable, tastefully decorated and fully stocked with everything from TP to spices, along with everything you need to cook with. Didn't even need to buy dishwashing detergent, etc. Great views of Pcmr mountain, right on two bus stops, two minutes via bus to the lifts, and walking distance to a large grocery store, bank, and a great restaurant (Chez Betty). I also greatly appreciated the service of Patti and Kitty both before and during our stay--before we came they were prompt in answering our questions; once there, we moved into this condo from an overnight in another unit and they transferred our bags for us!!! And they got our lift tickets at a discount and delivered them to the condo. During the stay, they kept in touch with us via email/text so that we were all on 'the same page' during the whole trip. Furthermore, they went above and beyond to accommodate us when our flights left many hours after check out time. And, we had our deposit back before we even got home to Houston. So, I have nothing but praises for the condo itself, the location, and the service of the gals who made the arrangements for us. Definitely will refer both their co. and the condo to our friends, as long as it doesn't interfere with us renting it first! Btw, 1. I thought the Canyons were some of the most gorgeous skiing I've ever experienced. Did 4 days at Pcmr and one at the Canyons and wished it were reversed! 2. We rented our equipment from Bazooka and not only did we get new equipment, but they stored it there at the store so we didn't have to haul it with us back and forth to the condo.

After spending a few years staying in Park City hotels, my wife and I decided to settle into a condo this year. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable. The condo owners are very responsive, and were helpful throughout the process. The decor is cozy, and up to date, and we loved the wood burning fireplace. Downsides to be aware of, from our perspective, are the proximity to a busy road (traffic noise), proximity to the condo complex hot tub (it could get quite loud at times, and the bedroom is right next to it). Finally, there can be quite a bit of foot traffic noise from the condo above.

Boston, MAWell located, clean and modern 1 bedroom apartment
Left on 01/30/2011 for a stay in January 2011
A very clean and modern 1 bedroom apartment, with easy parking in front and a working wood fireplace.
All furnishings were very new and updated and every amenity provided including toiletries in the bathrooms, extra clean towels, and wood and matches for the fireplace. Even the kitchen was well equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle etc. Bed was super comfortable. The women who run the condos are great - help you with every question quickly and are incredibly friendly.
The walk into town was 15 minutes max, or you could jump on one of the many free buses and shuttles that pass by enroute. Park City lifts were right behind the apartment - less than a 5 minute walk. However it was not quite close enough to prevent a drive to the parking lot to avoid lugging our equipment over (admittedly this was pretty lazy of us).
A few other things to be aware of - no laundry in the complex (though we were told it was near enough and were given a key - we never ended up doing laundry), the view is of the mountain as stated but includes the road to resort, and the room is right over the hot tub so the noise of late night revelers (and even those returning late at night) definitely comes right into the bedroom. My only other small nit-picky complaints (very small) was the bad showerhead, and no salt and pepper stocked in the kitchen.
I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Location-This place is located with in a short walk from the first timer chair lift. My kids from Fl age 5 and 8 were able to ski on that run the 1st day with free lift tickets availbe through quickstart.
The condo is prefect for a family of 4. The master bedroom has a very confortable matress and lots of organized storage in the closet. The window from the master allows you to look out into the hot tub too!
The kitchen has everything you would need to create a nice meal. It has newer cabinets and granite countertops.
The living space has well-appointed furniture and plenty of storage space. The kids slept comfortably on the fold out couch. I slept there one night and it wasn''t bad!
The view from the living area is the mountainside and other condos.
The service from these two ladies was fabulous. They hooked us up with discount lift tickets, greeted us upon arrival with candy ( swedish fish-my husbands favorite)offered to arrange transporation, etc
We would love to return again next year!!!

I've stayed at a few locations here in Park city and this one has been the best. You get the most bang for your buck here. Never had to struggle with parking or loud neighbors. You won't need your car keys becasue your within a block or two from Park City Mountain, Convenience store, bank, coffee shop, Rita aide and Fresh Market, bike/ski shop, and bus stop right across the street. It was always nice to come home after a long day and relax in the hot tub, warm up by the firepalce or watch the sun set behind the mountain from the balcony. I didnt need to bring anything because it was all included in the unit.

Left on 05/15/2010 for a stay in April 2010
Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay at the
SnowCrest #212 condo over spring break. The
recently updated accommodations were spacious with
great amenities, well furnished for comfort. The
kitchen was fully stocked to allow us to have
nights in (our daughter was sick and we didn’t eat
out much). The condo location was really convenient
to the slopes; you could walk to the slopes or take
the bus. Transportation was very convenient. All
bus stops to town or to the slopes were within a
block walking distance. Pool was great and hot tub
was huge, both were well kept. Both owners are just
wonderful; always been readily available if I have
had any questions or issues. Overall a very
pleasant experience, we will be back! -

New York, NYPerfect Stay for Sundance
Left on 02/18/2010 for a stay in January 2010
We rented this bedroom condo for our visit to Park City for the Sundance Film Festival. The condo is fully fitted, and has all the amenities. For our purpose, it was conveniently located close to Main St. and to the other festival´s location. It took us a while to figure out that pretty much everything is at a walking distance. We used the fireplace, the outdoor jacuzzi and we cooked a few times.
The only negative aspect of it would be the sofa bed, which can be uncomfortable for a big guy or a couple.Response from All Park City Rentals LLC - 06/08/2010
Manager
Thanks for the review and the note about the sofa bed. Sofa beds are notorious for being less than ideal but after reading your comment we added an "egg shell" mattress pad to the condo to make the bed much more comfortable for those sleeping on it. We also have a queen size air mattress available - if there are ever any issues please give us a call during your stay and we will do everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We rented Snowcrest 212 in mid-January, 2010. Located the unit online, and then made phone contact with Kitty and Patty of AllParkCityRentals. They were very helpful and informative. The newly-renovated condo is beautiful. Western style decor. Nice flat screen tv's. Super comfy queen bed in the bedroom; not quite so comfy fold-out couch in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Only 200 yards from the Park City resort center. Nice jacuzzi to relax in after skiing. Overall, an excellent deal for the money, given that you can pay much more in Park City for lower quality accomodations.

This condo was beautifully decorated with up to date amenities and a warm and cozy feeling. The location was perfect and close to everything. My husband is usually our trip planner, but for his birthday this year I wanted him to experience the luxury of just showing up on vacation with no worries or hassles. Working with the owners of this property definitely kept planning our trip hassle free. They provided great tips about the area including restaurant choices, ski rental, lift tickets, and more........ The courtesy, personal service and availability of the owners was priceless. The temperature of the hot tub and pool were perfect for relaxing. Visitors should know that there is not an elevator.

Northern CAPerfect place to stay in park city!
Left on 01/07/2010 for a stay in December 2009
What a sweet condo. Everything that I could
possibly need was supplied. I like to cook and I
found that I could do most of my cooking right in
my condo because the kitchen was well supplied and
easy to navigate.
The condo was sparkling clean and nicely decorated.
The furniture was all comfortable and I slept like
a baby. I truly enjoyed my visit and felt like I
was at home. The condo is in an ideal location for
taking in Park City and enjoying the various
activities, from skiing to shopping to dining. One
afternoon my Daughter and I rode the bus to Kimball
and it was very relaxing.
Every morning, upon rising I would draw open the
curtains on the sliding glass door for a
spectacular view of Park City Mountain. I could
easily gauge the weather by watching the mountain
and the light melt down the side of its slopes.
One early morning I saw the moon setting behind one
of the beautiful pines that grace the mountain. I
felt inspired by the mountain views even after
leaving.
I recommend Snowcrest for a cozy and warm retreat
during your stay at Park City.
Sincerely,
Gida Spahr -
