Comstock Lodge is located right at the base of Deer Valley Resort. You can easily walk to the lift within a couple minutes or catch the free city shuttle to go out for dinner or shopping on Park City's Main Street.

This nicely appointed, cabin style condo has all the comforts of home as well as one of the most convenient locations in Deer Valley. The com...mon area parking garage has elevator access to the second floor of the building where unit #203 is located. The layout is all on one floor so your tired legs will not have to worry about stairs! The entry area has a coat room and then enters the living room area. Past the living room you'll find the kitchen and dining area on the street side of the condo with large windows to showcase the amazing mountain views. The bedrooms share an access hallway off of the kitchen and each have their own bathrooms attached.

Living Room: Cozy mountain styling with log walls and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace (wood burning with gas assist), TV, VCR, DVD, CD stereo, plenty of seating. Queen sofa sleeper. Great mountain views from anywhere in the living room!

Kitchen: This nicely appointed kitchen space has all you'll need for home cooked meals! An island counter/bar with sink and dishwasher separates the kitchen space from the dining area.

Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 6, with barstool seating for 3 at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:

Master – King bed, TV/VCR, adjoining full bath with double vanity.

Second – King bed, adjoining full bath.

Hot Tub: Private to condo, located on deck (Winter only!).

Laundry Room:  Washer and dryer in hallway that leads to bedrooms.

Garage:  Common parking garage with elevator access to the condo.

Distance to Deer Valley Resort:  2/10 mile. About a 3-4 minute walk right to the chairlift.

Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 2.5 miles

Distance to Main Street: 1.5 miles

  Me and two friends shared this two-bedroom condo just outside Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley. The location was amazing because Deer Valley offers complimentary ski storage and $2 lockers so we were able to walk 5 mins from our lodge to the mountain without having to carry boots and skis. The unit was spacious and clean with a fully-equipped kitchen and a w/d. Each room had a king-size bed and adjoining bathroom and there was a sofa sleeper, so the unit can comfortably sleep 5-6. The location was key for us but hat sets this place apart was the private hot tub on our balcony! We had some problems getting it to heat up but the staff at alpine quickly responded and sent someone out to take a look at it. Alpine also gave us a great deal on the place so I'd so it was overall the best value in Deer Valley.

  This delightful two bedroom, two bathroom unit was very comfortable and very well furnished - everything that was needed. Ideal location for both Park City main street and ski lifts. Also easy access to Salt Lake City. Beautiful surroundings in the mountains.

  Loved Deer Valley

  I very much enjoyed my 4-night, 3-day stay at Comstock. The condo was perfect for my two sons and me. The bedrooms were plenty large and the 2 separate bathrooms were great to have. The living room is spacious and comfortable. And the kitchen has all modern applicances. We also loved having a washer and dryer, which we definitely took advantage of. Best of all about Comstock was the very close proximity (easy walking distance) to the base lodge at Deer Valley. It was wonderful to be able to roll out of bed and walk right up to the resort.
  
  Kudos to the folks at alpine Ski Properties. They were terrific and made the rental process easy and pain-free.
