Dayton, OhioAwesome vacation rental
Left on 03/25/2013 for a stay in March 2013
From the very start of this rental experience to the end things went extremely well. We got a quick response to our inquiry and numerous contacts before our stay. Patti was gracious and very helpful during our stay. The condo itself was clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. It was a very homey atmosphere. There is plenty of room for a family, and a washer and dryer was a wonderful convenience. The hot tub was open and we used it every night. Our location was right on the bus line and we skied at three resorts with easy access to the bus. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone considering a stay in Park City.

San Diego, CAFantastic condo rental!
Left on 02/28/2012 for a stay in February 2012
The location of the condo is perfect - walking distance (even in ski boots) to lifts. Condo was fully stocked with dishes and cookware, and even laundry equipment. Full cable and accessories, and nice pool/hot tub facilities as well. Right across the street from shopping and restaurants, and on the transit line about one mile from Park City/Main Street. Great location, service, and support from allParkCityCondos!

Indianapolis, INGreat trip during Sundance
Left on 01/26/2012 for a stay in January 2012
This was a great location for a ski trip to Park City during the Sundance Film Festival. The condo was within walking distance of the local grocery store as well as the Park City Mountain Resort entrance. However, this place not really within walking distance to downtown Park City (particularly if the sidewalks are covered in a foot of snow). Parking is non-existent in downtown Park City, so don't bother driving. The nearest bus stop to downtown Park City is about a block away, but if you don't want to wait then you can catch a cab for about $10. The condo itself was nice and clean. The fully furnished kitchen made it easy to make a hearty breakfast. The beds were comfortable, although I wouldn't recommend sleeping on the air mattress unless you have to. The couch is a bit too short for anyone over 5'6" to use as a bed either. Also, the downstairs bedroom was advertised as having a queen, but it seemed like a full size bed to me. The amenities were nice. There is free wi-fi, though it was a bit slow at times. The condo also has a wood-burning fireplace and a stocked woodpile on the balcony (try getting that at the Marriott!). Of course, no ski trip is complete without a hot tub and heated pool. The outdoor hot tub was large enough that you could always find a seat to relax after a day on the slopes, but be warned that the hot tub enclosure does not have any convenient place to put towels or clothes. Also, a community grill by the pool would have been really nice, but we ended up eating out in downtown Park City every night anyway. Overall, a great trip and a great place to stay.

Thank you for the review, Barry. Just to clarify, the downstairs bed is ABSOLUTELY a Queen sized bed and I have no idea why that would be questioned. In addition, we state the condo sleeps 6 as there is a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom, a twin over full in the loft, and another full bed in the upstairs bedroom. We only brought the air mattress in per the guest request and the couch has never been advertised or intended to be a bed or place to sleep anyone let alone a full grown man. As for location to Main Street it is 5 blocks from Main Street and if you don't want to walk , you can easily catch a bus less than a block away - the buses come ever 5-7 minutes. Anyway, glad you had a great time.

Chicago, ILGreat time in Park City! Real close to Pcmr.
Left on 01/25/2012 for a stay in January 2012
Patti and Kitty were great throughout the booking process. Very easy to contact and work with. The condo is great and easily sleeps 5 or 6 depending on who wants to share beds. It was cold the nights we were there, but the fireplace helped a great deal. Pcmr is right across the street and a 5 minute walk in boots was no problem. Lift tickets can be bought down by the First Timer lift. We didn't have a rental car, but had no problems taking free buses downtown or walking a few blocks to the grocery store. Overall a great experience!

Left on 01/08/2012 for a stay in January 2012
We stayed at Patty and Kitty's vacation rental, and would recommend to anyone vacationing in Park City. The location is ideal. You're a short walk or bus ride to everything. The unit was clean and cozy. Our party of five had plenty of space. Our master bed was very comfortable, and watching TV and Netflix in our own room, away from our kids, was a welcome break. Thanks, Patty, for helping us get discounted lift tickets with short notice. I hope to stay there again next year.

Renting the unit was a breeze, plus the owners had lots of good info on ski rental, van service, etc The unit was clean and ready for us at noon. It is very well equipped and extremely well located convenient to the shuttle bus, supermarket, Cole sports for ski rental, and minutes from PC, DV and downtown PC.

The condo was well-equipped, clean and close to everything important. The PC slopes were within walking distance, although if the hike uphill was too much in the am, the bus stop was right outside the door. Historic downtown PC and Deer Valley were also both easy bus rides. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

Left on 02/02/2011 for a stay in January 2011
We traveled with 4 teenagers and everyone had plenty of space. The short walk to the slopes and the bus stop made it easy to get to the slopes. Loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing! We will be back next year.

Baltimore, MDGreat Value, Excellent Service & Walking distance to Slopes!
Left on 01/13/2011 for a stay in December 2010
Kitty and Patti were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. The condo was comfortable and walking distance to the slopes. It was also in an excellent location with a short free shuttle to the town (the bus stop is less then a half block away). We had 4 people (two couples). The condo would sleep more, but the common area would probably be tight. The wood burning fire place was very cozy. The Condo was clean with a well stocked kitchen. If you are the cooking type there is a grocery store only a 5 minute walk away.

Great location - 150 yds to lifts. Plenty of room - the loft was huge. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver. Hot tub was great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend Squatters restaurant if you want to avoid the Park City crush - you could walk there if it was a fiar evening.

Honolulu, HIGreat Location and Condo In Park City
Left on 10/19/2010 for a stay in July 2010
We stayed here for two weeks and had a great time. The condo had everything we needed for the entire stay and even had a good selection of Dvd's when we just wanted to relax at night. The location was perfect, because we could walk almost everywhere and it was right next to the Park City Resort.
The condo was updated and very clean, there was a pool and hot tub in the complex and the unit had its own washer and dryer, which was nice because we didn't have to pack as much clothing.

The condo was very clean and comfortable and fully equipped with appliances and amenities, and the Utah powder was amazing! This was my third trip to PC this season and I can't wait to come back next season- will definitely stay in places managed bay AllParkCityRentals every chance I can.

Thanks for your review and email. We try very hard to make sure that each check in has amenities such as a full set of toiletries, coffees, snack packs, hand/toe warmers, pool/hot tub towels, etc. We also stock the condo with lots of firewood, games, DVD's and any other amenities that we can think of. Every once in a while something may have been missed but we now have a full inspection check list that is adhered to prior to every check in. The condo is about 850 square feet total with enough beds for 6+ people. Might be a little crowded with 6 big people but definitely larger than a hotel room! Thank you again for staying here.

Boone, NCWonderful Spring Ski Trip
Left on 03/17/2010 for a stay in March 2010
Our stay in Park City could not have been better. What a beautiful place to vacation. My husband and I took our boys, ages 10 and 13 for their first experience skiing out West during our spring break. We skied Canyons and Park City, but unfortunately didn't make it over to Deer Valley (the boys wanted to stay at the slopes with the terrain parks). The town of Park City has so much to offer in addition to skiing. We enjoyed a snow mobile trip with Thousand Peaks and made trips into town each night for shopping and dining. With the shuttle stop directly across the street, the condo was convenient to everything, and everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful! We ate breakfast and a couple of dinners in the condo as the kitchen is well equipped. We also packed our lunch and snacks and ate at the slopes each day. Park City has lots of great food choices; we liked Bandits, Ciseros, and Banjos. The condo was very comfortable for our family of 4 (it could have accommodated 1-2 more easily)and we took full advantage of the washer and dryer since we packed light. Kitti and Patti could not have been more helpful to us with all our questions and requests for more (discounted) lift tickets. Thanks ladies for a great stay and we look forward to visiting again soon!

Left on 03/09/2010 for a stay in March 2010
The service we received was fantastic, friendly and efficient. Patti and Kitty could not be more welcoming and helpful.
The unit was very clean, comfortable beds, and set up nicely for a family.
Location was quite close to the lifts, although not close enough to walk there in ski boots; but, busses came by quite frequently to the very close bus stop. We loved the pool (100 degrees!) and the hottub.
Waht we liked best was the comfort of the unit, the pool and hottub, easy distance to everything by bus. What we liked least was that the walls seemed somewhat thin between units (we hope our baby crying at nighttime didn't disturb neighbors), the heaters were a little hard to regulate and for 6 people we felt a little cramped, even though there are beds for 7. The price was very fair, though.
Overall we had a wonderful time and hope to return to Park City next ski season! -

Left on 02/18/2010 for a stay in February 2010
Location was perfect and condo well equipped. Hot tube and pool are excellent as well.
Only complaint was the upstairs bed in the bed room is tucked into a low ceiling with only about 3 feet of head room - better wear your ski helment to bed at night!
Response from All Park City Rentals LLC - 06/08/2010
Manager
Thank you for the review and email. We realized after your review that a prior renter had moved the bed sideways which caused one side to be tucked deep under the ceiling. We have since moved the bed back to the correct position and while it's partially under a slanted roof, you can save the ski helmet for the slopes. The condo is about 850 square feet and we do everything we can to maximize space but all the beds are very comfortable and no one has to sleep on a pull out sofa bed.

Left on 02/17/2010 for a stay in February 2010
This Condo is wonderful, fully equipped, very clean and comfortable. Views
of the mountain are fabulous. There is plenty of space for 4-6 people even
though we were only two! Linens etc were clean and the condo very well
maintained.
It is so convenient to Park City - a very short walk or one stop on the free
bus with skis. We usually leave our boots and skis at the mountain and
walk up and back. A delightful dip in the hot tub is relaxing after a long
day skiing. The free bus to main street is a short walk away. Bangkok Thai
has the best Pad Thai!
We skied at Deer Valley and Alta one day each but think PCMR is the best
skiing! Plenty of skiing for everyone - beginners to advanced. Despite being
there on President's Day weekend, once up the mountain there are so many
choices that it is not crowded!
Patti is a delight to work with. The discount lift tickets were excellent value
and helped to save us lots of money. We will be back next year! -

Condo was just as discribed. It was cozy and comfortable for me and my family. We enjoyed the closeness to the Park City lift (a short walk) and being near enough to board at the Canyons also. Security deposit was refunded quickly after our stay. Patti was very quick to respond to all my emails. Thanks again for letting us rent your condo for the week.
