I love at Snowcrest.This is one of my many stays there.The location is very privileged;ski in ski out to Park City Mountain,five minutes from The Canyons(by car),very close to the supermarket and right next to Main Street.The staff from Park City Lodging are fantastic.
I just did not give a five star because unit 117 dose'nt have a dish washer.That was the only thing i missed.Response from Park City Lodging, Inc. - 03/21/2013

This is an excellent location as it is walking distance both to the lifts and also to the supermarket. The size of the unit is most suitable for 2 persons, definitely no more than 3. A unique feature is the fireplace with plentiful supply of fire wood just outside. During our stay, the service provided by the management was second to none. Issues with replacement of lost keys, clogged sink, TV remote control, supply of a extra roll-on bed were met with a timely response. The lack of a clothes washing machine and dryer, not just in the unit but the whole complex was a major drawback for us a long term guests. On our next visit, we would not hesitate to stay at Snowcrest again but only in a unit which comes with clothes washing facilities.

The location of this condo was great - The bus stop was near by and we could walk over to a lift at Park City. We had a couple of issues with Park City Lodging - We paid for a roll away bed for our daughter and when we went to set it up at night it was covered with mouse droppings. Not the best way to start our trip. We had an ick factor for the rest of the night. In addition, the pool was closed for our trip which was very upsetting to our daughter. Overall, Park City is a great place to ski and we would definitely go back but we would probably pick a different place to stay.

Because Park City is a mountain town, sometimes unwelcome "visitors" from the outside decide to move indoors. While we do everything possible to eliminate incidents such as the one you experienced, there are those rare occasions when even our most diligent efforts are not rewarded. Rest assured, every rollaway has been thoroughly checked, all linens have been laundered and treated, and additional procedures have been put in place so this does not reoccur.
