This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation condo has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, two gas burning fireplaces, a private outdoor hot tub, and free WiFi. On site features include an indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center, Maxwell's Italian Eatery, Cafe Rio Mexican Grill, Kneaders Bakery, Good Thymes Bistro, Breeze Ski/Snowboard rental shop, Massage Envy spa, and Kids Clubhouse daycare!

We were in Park City for a family ski trip in Feb. 2013. This condo was perfect! Upscale, super clean, and convenient! We absolutely loved the layout and it had all we needed from washer and dryer, to fully equipped kitchen with very nice appliances to a relaxing hot tub! We loved that the ski rental place was in the lobby of the condo and that we could walk to so many restaurants and shopping as well. Quick 25 minute drive from airport, 10 minutes to the slopes or to the awesome Main Street in park city. We will definetly stay here again when we return to Park City!

This rental is a very well maintained two-bedroom unit in the Newpark resort hotel. As with all of the two bedroom units at Newpark, there is a great deal of space and the finishes are on the high-end side. This unit has two bedrooms, one of them being a separate suite with a sofa bed included. There is a large balcony with a two person hot tub, Decent sized living room, and a small kitchen bases full for preparing breakfast before heading out to the mountains. Park city area resorts are nearby with the Canyons being the closest at five minutes, Park city at 10, and Deer Valley at about 15. You can also get to the Cottonwood Canyon resorts fairly quickly - most of them within about a half hour. The owner was very attentive and courteous throughout the entire process and called/emailed to ensure that we had a great stay. I highly recommend this rental.

We just returned from Park City and stayed in this great unit. It was convenient to great restaurants and exceedingly comfortable. The master bedroom is very quiet and master bath spacious...although the 2 are not connected. The kitchen is in the family room and small but well stocked and adequate to cook dinner for our family. We would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony and the pool and work out area which are in the common space. Tracie was great to work with!

In February I held a retreat in Tracie's New Park Resort condo in Park City Utah. It was clean, very beautiful and relaxing place to be. Tracie's condo is in mint condition and every lady that was there thought that we were in the most luxurious and Elite place in Park City, Utah. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a elegant place to stay. And to our suprise Tracie left us a beautiful gift basket just for coming...Loved, Loved, Loved it! Thank you Tracie, and I hope to stay there again in the near future.

It's always a bit of surprise when you arrive at a destination after viewing photos online. The descriptions can often be misleading, but this was not the case with Newpark 208. We stayed here during Sundance with a group of 8 and were pleased with everything. It is convieniently located along the bus route that services Park City and the 3 major ski resorts. We rented cars and utilized the free parking out front. The owners were attentive to all of our questions and requests before and during our stay. We will definitely consider this unit when visiting Park City in the future. My one complaint is the window in the front bathroom that allows light to shine directly into the livingroom at night. This made it difficult to utilize this bathroom late night or early in the morning without disturbing the people sleeping on the couchbed in the front room.

We've stayed in a number of rental condo's and they always seem to have nice pictures but then up close you see the stained carpets, ratty bedspreads that you don't want to use and worn furniture. Newpark was nothing like my past experiences. It is in pristine condition. Beautifully decorated, sparkling floors and furniture, comfy duvet covered beds and of course the hot tub on the deck was amazing and in perfect working order. We also enjoyed the hotel amenities -- an indoor pool, sauna and gym. This is a definite must return place. And the location is perfect. I spent a lot of time researching many locations and for us (skiers who also wanted other activities) Newpark is perfect. You are walking distance to great restaurants, Starbucks and grocery stores. You can drive to 3 ski resorts in less than 10 minutes and we enjoyed sledding and going to Park City's Main Street for a fun night out. I give Newpark my highest recommendation!

I stayed here for 7 days in October 2011 and absolutely loved it. It's a wonderful, clean, very nice, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a jacuzzi, which is a very nice touch after a day of shopping :)
We truly loved the location, working with the owners was a breeze and I would recommend this place to anyone! -

This condo was beautiful, well appointed with quality. The area was also super, with restaurants, shopping, medical & grocery stores. We really enjoyed the Olympic Park & free bus service right there. We hope to go back again.

The condo was above expectations. The other reviews were right on in terms of communication with the owners, location and the excellent quality of the unit. I just want to add a few details that might help others who wisely decide to stay here. The unit is located in the hotel which gives you access to the hotels pool (indoor/outdoor, fitness center and hot tub. The large hot tub was out side which for us was a big plus as we are not keen about breathing chlorine fumes. The two bedrooms (one is a lockoff studio unit with its own sitting area and fireplace)are seperated by a long hallway so you have alot of privacy if you need it. There is a Wholefoods market within walking distance as well as several good places to eat. A nature preserve is right next door but be aware of it's days of operation. I think that it was closed Sun. - Tues. There is a nice walking/bike path that goes around the entire area and skirts the preserve. On the way to Park City (5 min. drive) there is a nice hike next to a stream and several beaver dams (we didn't see one but were there midday).

We have stayed in a number of vacation homes. None are managed any better than this one. All of our communication with the owner was cordial, professional, and reliable. There were absolutely no unpleasant surprises. The condo was easy to find, clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Everyting we needed was either right there or nearby. We have no complaints or reservations.

A great ski-getaway condo for two couples; comfy and convenient! Park City ski lift is a quick 5 minutes away and the Canyons is down the street. The Jacuzzi off the deck, fireplace, luxury bathrooms and super comfy beds made it a perfect retreat and our home away from home during our stay. The surrounding area gives you access to grocery stores, liquor, everyday shopping, ski rentals and restaurants all in walking distance. Look no further - this is where you want to stay!
