Plantation, FLClean apartment, excellent location.
Left on 04/11/2013 for a stay in March 2013
We have been visiting Park City once or twice a year with our 9 y/o grand daughter for several years and have stayed at different places. By far, this apartment is the best.
For us, the only inconvenience was a lack of exhaust fan in the kitchen. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Good location, quick free trolly ride to downtown and you can walk to the ski area base. Close to grocery and some other amenities. Great service and comfy. Oh, and the fire place rocks on a cold winters day.

This is a very nice unit; great location with a great view of PC Mountain Resort. Unit had everything we needed, including some niceties that not everyone provides (boot warmer, humidifier, etc.). Property mgr's (Patti and Kitty) were very helpful.

Condo was adorable. Suited us perfectly. Was in a perfect location..right across from the mountain, next door to Jan's rental and Starbucks...what else do you need?! It was super close to Main Street as well. Can't wait to go back!

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay for the Sundance Film Festival. The condo is located within walking distance of several venues and right between two bus stops. In addition, there is a Rite-Aide and market, also within walking distance.
The condo itself is perfect. Well appointed, working fireplace, very comfortable beds, two fully appointed bathrooms and a fantastic view of the ski-slopes.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat! -

WyomingHoneymoon
Left on 12/28/2011 for a stay in December 2011
Spent a week in Park City before Christmas on our honeymoon. Condo was perfect for the two of us and we could get anywhere pretty easy. The bus stop is a 5min walk that will take you to main street where all the restaurants and shops are. Fire place was a great addition. Kitchen isn't 5 star gourmet because there is no stove but good for breakfast in the morning and making a big pot of soup for after skiing all day.

Thank you, Patrick, and so glad you had a wonderful time on your honeymoon! Just to clarify, there is an electric "stove/range" (built into the counter top), but there is not a "typical" oven in the condo. However, the microwave IS a convection oven and there is also counter top toaster oven in the condo. You may not be able to cook a turkey for 12 but certainly can use either the microwave or toaster oven for pizzas and other baking items. Also, there is a bus stop right in front of the condo so you shouldn't have to walk any farther than a few steps to catch the free shuttle. Thank you and congratulations again - looking forward to having you back!

This was a beautiful very nicely furnished condo close to Park City resort. It has a beautiful view of the mountain, nice fireplace and plush interior. It is a reasonable distance to shopping but will require public transport or car to nearby ski resort and downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back in the future.

Los AngelesGreat Stay!

We had a great stay at Copperbottom 309. The entire condo is beautifully remodeled. The high ceilings make it seem larger & more open. The view is gorgeous. You can see the night skiers from your window. Corner location in building is key. The booking agents are the sweetest. They were incredibly helpful in answering all of our vacation questions. Great fireplace, 2 flat screens, gorgeous bathrooms. Definitely recommend it.

Las VegasAmazing Condo Makes for a Wonderful Holiday Experience
Left on 12/26/2010 for a stay in December 2010
My spouse and I booked the condo in Park City to enjoy the snow. After booking, we received an e-mail conformation along with additional information--wireless access, building, and key information; basically, all the info we needed to get by in Park City. The owners even offered to find us discounted lift tickets and transportation from the airport for a reasonable rate.
When we arrived at the condo it was clean, comfy, and in an ideal location. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, patio, and living room had all the essentials and more. There was even a little surprise in the kitchen for us, something that was perfect for use in the cold winter weather. There was lot's of wood for the fireplace, which we used three nights out of the five. We did not need to use the fireplace because the heating and cooling unit worked fine, we used it just to enhance our experience, we made smores one night too. We enjoyed the flat screen televisions located in the living and bedroom from the comfort of the huge couch or bed. And when we were not spending time at the condo we were out enjoying the town.
There is free transportation-a shuttle system that brings people to and from many locations including all three mountain resorts, Main Street which is like the "Las Vegas Boulevard? of Park City and more. Main street had many quaint bars, restaurants, and shopping. Also, no need to hop on the shuttle because there is a grocery store right down the street, we picked up breakfast items from there. At nighttime, we ate out. One of the restaurants we ate at is called Chez Betty, which is located in the same building as this condo. The dinner was amazing-five courses, each paired with wine, and ended with a lovely raspberry chocolate mousse and millionaires coffee. Overall, my spouse and I had a great time, thank you again to the owners!!

I had such a great time at this place, I wish I could live there. The condo, the area, and the people were top of the line. They have great prices. Patti and Kitty showed me the condo and from then on they made me feel like I was one of their best friends. There was nothing about this place that would disapoint you. I can't wait to go back. This is the kind of place you want to go back to. I Loved it and would recommend it to all.
