The Snowcrest condominiums are settled right at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. With easy walking access to the lifts and a city bus stop just across the street this is the perfect location if you want to be right in the middle of the action! This location is also within walking distance of many ski outfitters, coffee shops and grocery stores. The complex also features a community swimming pool and hot tub area for your apres ski activities.

This unit is located on the second floor of the building and you will use the stairs to access the entry. The condo is layed out with the bedroom near the front and the living room, kitchen a...nd dining room located in the back of the living space. The bedroom includes a queen bed with a large closet area. The bathroom is located just outside the bedroom in the hall. The living area features a cozy couch that pulls out to become a queen size sofa sleeper and a brand new HDTV. The deck just off of the living room has fantastic views of Park City Mountain Resort and the Park City Golf Course. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooked meals and the dining area has seating for 3 people with 2 additional spaces at the kitchen counter.

Living Room:Wood burning fireplace, 42" HDTV, DVD, CD player, queen sofa sleeper.

Kitchen:Full kitchen that is well equipped for cooking meals NOTE: There is no dishwasher in this unit.

Dining Room:Seating for 3, plus 2 barstools at kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:

Master – Queen bed, adjoining bathroom.

Hot Tub / Pool:Common area pool and hot tub area is open year round. Winter Hours: 4 p.m. - 10 p.m. Summer Hours: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Laundry Room:No On-Site Laundry Facility.

Garage: Common area outdoor parking. One spot assigned.

  You get what you pay for

  The place is pretty conveniently located and cheap. Cheap is what you pay, and cheap is what it feels like. It's not dirty or anything, but it feels almost depressing at first.
  
  The bedroom is located right next to the stairwell. You get real familiar with the sound of ski boots clanking on wooden planks 5 feet away from you. The walls and floors of the whole building seem paper thin. Don't plan on sleeping in if you're staying here.
  
  There is a full-size fridge and a kitchen stocked with all the pots and pans you'd want if you're cooking. A place to put leftovers and a microwave to reheat them is useful. The heaters seem very weak and take a while to get going.
  
  We decided to not bother renting a car on this trip, opting instead for shuttles to/from the airport and relying on Park City's free buses. This place is pretty much right next to the Park City resort, and there is a bus stop across the street, so getting to Canyons or Main street is a breeze. However, the office for this condo (where you check in and check out) is located a few blocks away. That doesn't sound like a big deal, but hauling a ski bag and suitcases through the snow is a major pain. Also checkout is at 10 am. Bottom line: have a car.
  
  Overall, I'd recommend this place if you're slummin' it (does that happen in Park City?) and if you plan on cooking while you're in town. If you want anything resembling luxury or don't require a kitchen, find a hotel for a similar price. It'll likely be way nicer.
