We Had 5 adults and this condo was perfect. Enough space for all our snowboard gear plenty of closet space in every room. You wont find a nicer condo for the price. Great location less than 10 minutes to park city 5 to canyons. 45 minutes to brighton solitude snowbird & snowbasin. 2 minutes to walmart and whole foods plus sitdown or fast food resturants. warm car in underground parking and a 2 minute walk to a huge hot tub that we were the only ones at during the week and had a few others on the weekend. Dr Jack is very nice and professional with lease agreement had my deposit back in 3 days after we left. highly recommended

Very nice, well maintained condo located close to The Canyons and Park City Resort. The community hot tub is an easy walk across the street. Parking is available outside the condo or in the heated garage underneath the building. Several grocery stores are nearby, as well as a shopping area with nice stores and restaurants. There is a small washer & dryer in the unit and plenty of sheets and towels. And the beds were extremely comfortable!

Our group had a fantastic time at this property. Let me break down how everything went.
Check-in - There wasn't a complicated process of having to go to a property management office to pick up keys and all that. The owner sends you the instructions and the rest is a piece of cake.
Kitchen - Had pretty much everything we needed for the breakfast we cooked. We ate out for lunch and dinner. Quite complete. Didn't have a toaster but we used the toaster oven. Fridge has an icemaker and water dispenser which is nice.
Living Room - Nice pull out couch where one guest slept on. Fireplace + blower is awesome to heat up the place and dry your clothes. Tv is a bit small but it had satellite TV so lots to watch (particularly arazenka's yelps during australian open).
Other bedrooms - All the beds were comfy and came with all the linens. No complaints.
Bathrooms - The master ensuite is quite nice. There's another one that's in the hallway that everyone can use. No complaints. Clean. Comes with lots of towels
Hot Tub - This is pretty key on any ski trip right? The clubhouse is across the street. No glass bottles allowed but they have Dixie cups for you to use (how thoughtful) and the hot tub itself is huge. It could easily fit 12 people or more. Good times.
Parking - You can pretty much park just outside the condo which has open parking spots but what was nice was that it also included one underground parking spot. What's more is that right behind the spot there's a lockable door that has some storage space for your gear so you don't have to lug it back up at the end of the day.
Bonus - It has it's own washer/dryer which was huge for us to wash our ski/snowboard clothes
Location - Decent. I mean it's really close to the Redwood Plaza/Tanger Outlet. About 15 min drive should be budgeted to go into Park City. But despite not being as close to Park City as we would've liked, it was as a result more convenient to get back on the highway.

We stayed at this place during the coldest week in Utah - mid January. The condo is very comfortable and cozy, has everything that you may need while on winter vacation. It's close to Canyons, Park City Mountain resort, and Deer Valley, - we were able to ski and ride at all these resorts. Another geographical advantage is Whole Foods Market 1.1 miles away - shopped there daily. Great price as well and super-easy communication with owners. We got lucky with fresh powder and, following best-practice recommendations from the owner, we had a great vacation.

Very nice condo, i rented it for family ski vacations and we had a blast. The condo is well equiped with everything you will need for your stay, it's very comfortable and cozy, we were 5 ppl and never felt uncomfortable. The unit is across from the Club House that has an excercise room, an outdoor hot tub pc's and printer for boarding pass print :). Location is very good, close to Redstone the Canyons and the Outlets. I highly recommend it, it is nicer than it appears in the pics.

This condo was perfect for our group of 3 couples traveling to Park City for a new years ski vacation. The location was about 8-10 minutes from all the popular ski resorts with a very convenient shuttle stop about 3-5 minutes from our front door. The condo was very nicely furnished, full kitchen with great appliances, nice living room with TV and fireplace, and very comfortable mattresses and bedding on all beds. Everything was clean and well maintained and exactly as stated in the lease agreement. The condo is quiet and very safe and family-friendly. 2 hot tubs which were basically for our private use as no one else was ever using them at night (and a <2 minute walk from the doorstep). The price is unbeatable even at the high holiday season and we were very comfortable. Only thing is the walk back from the shuttle is uphill, so don't wear your ski boots :) it's only about 5 minutes though so it's more than doable. We would love to stay here again in the future!

This unit is exactly what a family or group needs for a fun visit in Park City. The common areas and three nicely sized bedrooms are extremely comfortable, and the furnishings perfectly chosen so guests have everything possible at their fingertips. The complex has terrific amenities (pool, multiple spas, exercise room, basketball court, easy access to Park City's trail system) and is in a great location -- shops, restaurants, Canyons, and Park City bus access are all just a few minutes away.
