Stay in the closest building to the lifts at Park City Mountain Resort. Wake up to the view of the lifts just starting. Our condo is in the same building as the ticket office and above restaurants and ski shops. Access to town every 15 minutes by shuttle (5 minute ride). Come back after skiing to an jumbo king sized bed, luxury furniture, new jetted tub, and a brand new flat screen. Cozy up or hit the town. It is all here for you to enjoy!

Ski in Ski out. Next to Pay Day Lift. We are the closest location to the lifts. Our condo is directly upstairs from the ticket window, ski school, rentals, and restaurants. You can sit on the large deck and sip your gourmet local coffee found in the cabinet in the kitchen while you watch the lift operator start the chairs, once you're ready; walk downstairs, clip your skis on, and start your ski day!

This is a wonderful condo in the most ideal location possible. This was the most convenient place I have ever stayed for skiing. You are virtually right there at the base of 3 lifts and just a short walk to the bus stop if you want to head to other mountains or into town. The condo was recently updated and is very clean and comfortable. It's a perfect set up for a family or two couples. I can't wait to stay there again.

When we arrived at this condo we discovered that it was exactly as described with what appeared to be all new furniture. We discovered that Park City is a wonderful place to visit in late summer because there are no crowds and the leaves in the mountains are starting to turn. The Little Bear Loft is ideally located for hiking and biking and you can even take the ski lift into town where there are many great restaurants. We also experieced a street festival with music. There are stunning views of the mountains from the Loft's balcony and we got to see the changing seasons. Every luxury and convenience is made available at this comfortable upscale condo with a great location. We look forward to returning.
