This condo is located close to everything. The views are spectacular. Downhill or cross-country skiing, snowboarding, ice skating and sledding are minutes from your door. The free Park City Shuttle Bus is just across the street. Walk two minutes to Park City Mountain Resort or talk the free shuttle to Deer Valley or The Canyons!! Nearby restaurants, shops, and clubs make you feel right at home. just 35 miles from the SLC airport, this condo is in a fantastic location in Old Town, Park City, UT, 84060. Directly across from Park City Mountain Resort, you are steps to fabulous skiing/snowboarding and golf, and a few blocks from Main Street with loads of restaurants, shopping, nightlife, etc. Fantastic views of the mountain and golf course and right on the free shuttle bus line.

This unit is clean and very well located directly across the street from Park City Resort. However, it is quite dated lacking a dishwasher, reasonable capacity hotwater heater and a modern/current stove/oven. Overall its a B- inside and a solid a in location.

Thank you for your review, Bill. Sorry you were misinformed about a dishwasher – we do have some units with dishwashers but this particular unit does not, and we don’t advertise it as such. The hot water heater is new as of August 2012 and has a 50-gallon capacity. We’ve never had any issues but based on your comment above, we are having our handyman check the settings this week to ensure all is working correctly. The stove/oven is completely functional and full size and the pictures on our website are recent and accurate. There is no gas in the Snowcrest complex so it is an electric appliance. Our pricing for you was much less than a moderate hotel room in Park City and our condo includes a fully functional kitchen, fireplace, separate bedroom, fabulous views and incredible location right across from the ski slopes. We hope you had a wonderful time and enjoyed your stay. Thank you for choosing us!

Located 300 meters from the base of Park City Mountain, and 500m from the Sundance Lodge, this is the ideal spot to stay if you are a Ski or Film Festival fan. The 2 main sport stores (Cole Sport and Jans) are literally next door. Since this is a condo, not a hotel, many apartments are usually empty, so the shared amenities (parking spaces, hot tub) are never crowded. This particular unit had a very nice mountain view (in spite of being on the ground floor), and was about 10 steps away from the outdoor Jacuzzi. All specific requests (extra mattress, extra humidifier) were delivered the same day requested. Unit was very comfortable. All appliances were working perfectly. Price/performance unbeatable (check main hotel prices in the city and you'll see why).
