The apartment is in the heart of the old town. You stepped out your door to excellent restaurants. It was one block from the town chair one way and one block from the bus to Deer Valley the other. Next time we go to Park City we will be staying there again.

This apartment in the heart of Park City is a real find and a great value. It's a short walk across the street to the transit center and we never waited more than 5 minutes for a free bus to Deer Valley or the Park City Resort. Two block walk to the town lift, which was closed for lack of snow, but we were still able to ski within two blocks of the apartment and walk home from Park City mountain, so in better conditions it's almost a ski in-ski out. We cooked in the simple but nicely equipped kitchen, but restaurants, nightlife and shopping are outside the door. At night, it's surprisingly quiet. Only note of caution is the steps inside and outside, so not for toddlers or folks with mobility issues. The two levels provided some privacy for our family of three; our adult son had the upstairs futon to himself and the downstairs bed is comfy. High ceilings make it feel more spacious. We made all arrangements through Paypal and the owner answered all our questions. No need for a car as the friendly aloha ski shop is right across the street for rentals, and our van driver took us to the grocery store for a small additional charge on the night we arrived. State liquor store within easy walk. Picking up the key on site was painless. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the apartment for 4 days. the apartment is just 2 minutes walk from the town lift in Park City, so you don't need to take a bus or move your car in order to go or come back from the mountain. It's on the main street with all the bars, shops and restaurant.
the apartment is small but very well organized with separate bedroom and good living room and kitchen space. -

We rented this out for a weekend for our 10 year anniversary. It was during the Park City art Festival and it was really fun to be located right in the middle of everything. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.
