Walk to everything, easy access to ski rentals, ski storage, lift tickets, and lift. Nice finishes in the unit. Very clean.

Uncomfortably Warm
TulsaGreat Summer Rate but No a/C (or Fans First Night)
Left on 05/26/2012 for a stay in April 2012
Person that booked the property was very nice and gave us a "summer rate" and 10% discount for staying 2 nights. Property was very nice and stated as having a/C. Unforutnatley although the summer rates were in effect, the building had not been switched over to a/C. There were no fans in the room the first night. They did not turn switch over the unit the 2nd night; however, they did leave fans in the room. According to them it was unusually warm that weekend and they were sorry for inconvience; however, because they has already discounted the property no additional adjustment was made. Again, great customer service booking the property - nice unit - just disappointed in not having a/C - especially when room was advertised as having a/C.

Thank you for your review and your recognition of our reservation staff. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you encountered due to the lack of air conditioning. The temperatures in Park City, Utah are usually quite cold in April, so much so, that air conditioning units haven't been turned back on . We do have to wait until the risk of freezing has passed which can be as late as the end of May. We hope that, inspite of the unseasonably warm nights, you enjoyed your stay and that you will come back to visit in the future.
Sincerely,
Park City Lodging, Inc. -

ChicagoNice unit but would not have stayed if we knew the town lift was
Left on 01/31/2012 for a stay in January 2012
The unit was very nice and well appointed. However, a major inconvenience was that the town lift was closed and hence detracted from the convenience and value we were expecting from this premium priced unit within the town lift building.

Thank you for your review. We apologize that the town lift was not operating during the time you were in Park City as we know that it is an important reason for booking lodging nearby. While Park City Mountain Resort does their very best to keep it open during the entire ski season, there are times when snow conditions and maintenance issues can result in it being closed for short periods of time.
We do hope that you will come back and stay with us again!
Sincerely,
Park City Lodging, Inc.
