What Past Guests Are Saying
Bryn Mawr, PA
220B Hotel - fix it first
The room seemed fine on first arrival, then I realized that the sliding door to the balcony was off its track, so couldn't be totally closed and definitely could not be locked. i had also been told that I would have microwave, frig and coffee maker in the unit, and they were not all there.
Christopher, on the front desk, came to my rescue. i ended up in 110B, he found me a coffee maker - it did have frig and microwave. My only complaint on that room is that it is dark, with only one small window facing the pool. Being so close to the main walkway and the pool made exterior noise an issue at times. I would rather have quiet and sunshine. But - be that as it may - my complaints were addressed by your staff.
i think 220 B should have been taken off the market before I got there, and had the security and and function of the patio doors fixed.
Response from Park City Lodging, Inc. - 04/19/2013
Thank you for your review. We appologize that this property had maintenance issues that weren't repaired before your arrival and that it did not have the promised amenities. While we do our best to make sure everything is in good order for our guests, and that the reservation staff knows each property well, we appear to have fallen short in your case.
We are so pleased that our staff could help remedy the situation and that the rest of your stay went well. Rest assured that we will do some additional training with our staff and that each property will be thoroughly reviewed for any maintenace issues that may need attention.
