We were very fortunate to find this gem in Park City for our winter vacation. We lived in this very large and well appointed condo for two full months. Scott and family were incredibly easy to work with and made our stay so nice.
The location is fantastic! We are across the street from Fresh Market, Rite aid and Starbucks (as well as many other useful businesses). We were also maybe a 5 minute walk to the Park City Mountain Resort, which is where we had our season passes to snowboard. Another huge plus is the buses here are free to use, and the bus stop is just out front of the complex (2 min walk max). We often took buses to Main Street, which was maybe a 5 minute ride. Very convenient.
The condo itself is very large, plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fantastic, and had much more then we expected. Most vacation rentals have the bare minimum with dishes, glasses and cookware, but not here. They had enough to create a feast for 15 (which we didn't, but could have!).
The downstairs living area with 1/2 bathroom was great and very open. Nice large TV, the sofa couch was quite comfortable, and the dining room was great for playing games. The high ceiling made this floor plan very open, letting in a lot of light from the second story skylights and floor to ceiling windows.
Upstairs there are two full master suites that are separated by a sitting room which we used as an office. Both bedrooms have queen beds and are very well sized, you have plenty of room for everything. We preferred the first bedroom off the stairs as it was a bit warmer. Although the back bedroom has it's own heating system. During the summer, the back bedroom with the balcony would be awesome.
The pool, hot tub and sauna in the main area of the complex is great! We met a lot of cool travelers there, and it was a huge plus that the pool was heated, we estimated around 80 degrees.
We highly recommend this condo, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Park City!

We spend Christmas with our 2 girls, we had snow, we had fun. We had a real good time. This place is amazing. Really! The rooms are spacious, clean, practical! The comfort of having a grocery store just across the street was also appreciated. 5 minutes away from the Park City Ski resort, 15 minutes from The Canyons! Don't hesitate, book for this rental, you won't be disappointed.
A big "thanks" for the owner, who make this place a comfortable and lovely place.

I have children ranging from age 7 to 20 and there were activities for all of them to enjoy in the Park City area and at the complex. There was plenty of space and comfortable places to sleep for everyone. The two and one half baths were sufficient for our family. Beautiful time of the year to enjoy shopping, visiting art galleries and relaxing. There are many many activities in surrounding cities with easy access from Park City. Convenient grocery shopping across the street to prepare meals or a large variety of restaurants to eat out. We will definitely be returning. Owner was very easy to work with for arrangements. Love love love this condo!
We had so much fun at this condo! The pool, tennis courts, grocery stores, and movie theater are all within walking distance.
We felt very much at home in the condo. It was wonderful that it slept 8 people in beds. The kids loved sleeping in the loft! The kitchen is great, all the appliances work perfectly! It is a very clean well kept condo.
We will be staying in this condo again!

Enjoyed our "summer" stay. Condo sleeps eight so there was room for all of us! Well stocked kitchen made keeping everyone fed easy and convenient location across from the grocery store made purchasing forgotten ingredients a cinch. Plenty of room for game playing inside the condo as well as room for outside games such as as whiffle ball and kick the can. Children loved the pool that was within easy walking distance. Looking forward to a repeat stay!

Really enjoyed this condo!
Loved that it slept 8 people in beds, there is also loft for the kids to use sleeping bags.
Sup location - walking distance to 2 grocery stores and various restaurants, swimming pool, tennis court and golf course.
Bus stop is right in front, so easy access to free transportation.
