Park City, Utah is a vibrant, lively and thriving mountain town, just 35 minutes east of Salt Lake City International Airport. This highly accessible winter (and summer!) destination town is home to the yearly Sundance Film Festival and was a host of the Salt Lake City 2002 Olympic Winter Games. As you make your way to Historic Main Street in the heart of downtown Park City, you will observe the easily recognizable and world-class mountain resorts: Canyons Resort, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Ski Resort. The big 3 resorts in Park City were all named by SKI Magazine readers to be among the Top 10 resorts in Western North America. Deer Valley took home the #2 spot, Park City Mountain Resort was awarded the #5 ranking and Canyons Resort was named the #10 resort. This September, Outside Magazine rated Park City, Utah the #1 ski town resort of all time.
Park City is one of the top travel destinations in North America and much of the United States for skiers, snowboarders and families, who are searching for the “Best Snow on Earth”. Apart from the wintertime of skiing, snowboarding and the Sundance Film Festival, the summer time is also filled with activity. Outdoor concerts, hiking through the Wasatch National Forest, sightseeing from the top of Empire Pass, golfing at one (or all) of the pristine local courses are a regular occurrence in the neighborhood and what Park City locals enjoy everyday.
Historic Park City Main Street is a prosperous business district that offers endless access to local and luxury mountain experiences. If you are looking to enjoy an original dining experience at any one of Park City’s restaurants and breweries, immerse yourself in the arts and cultural venues or spend some time shopping the boutiques, Park City’s Main Street is such a place. Historic Main Street also offers access to numerous art galleries, a variety of activities for recreation and signature events year-round.
The possibilities are endless and we hope this guide proves useful for any organized or open-ended plans that you may have during your visit. Marquee events in the town include the sensational Sundance Film Festival, Park City Arts Festival, Savor the Summit and the Tour of Utah (stage[s]) with other seasonal local favorites’ like Park Silly Sunday Market, July 4th Parade, Miner’s Day Parade and Howl-a-Ween in October.

The pluses: Park Station is good location being 1 block from the town lift, and near restaurants and shops. Outdoor hot tub complex and pool are excellent.
Furniture and decor are fine.
Minus's: Unit water system is in dire need of a softener. Found all utensils and pans to be covered with a fine white film. Washing them did not help.
If you plan to cook, pots and pans are a bare minimum. Not even a broiler pan. Perhaps because of the residue problem, nobody else cooks. Cabinets stripped bare. No items such as sugar, oil, spices, tissues, etc. Salt, pepper, and some coffee filters were it.
Service essentially consisted of a pre-arrival email with the security codes for entry. Absolutely no helpful information supplied inside the condo--you are on your own to figure things out.
Park City Vacation Properties is closed on the weekend which seems odd for a tourist destination. I ordered some groceries from a service, but since we were coming in on Saturday, they had a great deal of trouble connecting with Park City rentals to gain access before our arrival.
Abundant signs all over the complex about how you must have a parking permit or your vehicle will be towed. When no permit could be found, all we could do was leave a message on the emergency number and send an email asking for help. Did receive a text message back the next day explaining where they were hidden. Again no information sheet at all in the condo, so you are on your own to figure out what to do with trash, how to check out, what the deal is with pool towels (you are not entitled to them, because you are not on the regular rental program), recommended eating places, how to find the lift etc.
In summary, Park Station is a convenient location. If you are a do-it-yourselfer, you probably will be OK. If you like to cook for yourself, however, I can not recommend this unit due to the water problem and the lack of cooking amenities. Read more

Thank you for posting your feedback and for choosing to stay with us at our Main Street Park Station property. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the property and found it well situated for your trip. Information pertaining to the property, help center items, travel recommendations, dining, shopping, etc. are all available online through our iTrip booking software and also can be found on the iTrip Travel App. I apologize that this was not made clear to you and that it proved to be difficult during your vacation. Since you shared your feedback, we have updated our booking messages to better highlight this information. Unfortunately, Park City does have hard water, which causes a white residue to build on cookware. We will revisit this item with the HOA and the Owners and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Thank you again for you business and review. We hope you choose to visit Park City again.

Great condo for our group of 5 for almost a week for our first time in Park City. Superb location, easy parking, very responsive and helpful agent and front desk staff. The kitchen, eating area and living room were a nice size so our group could spread out. Very clean and everything worked as expected. We would definitely recommend this to others! Read more

The renovation of the unit was very accommodating for me and my friends.
The location is second to none. Walking to the "park silly" market on Sunday. Clubs and restaurants all in a couple minute walk. The pool was not crowded
all in all a perfect get away
