We stayed at this property for 3 nights the end of March. Prices for similar properties closer to the ski resorts were 1/3 more to double the price. The place is new and very nice. The beds are comfortable and the location and accessibility to Park City and the ski resorts was great. The club house theater room was great and we watched a few movies there. The person administering the rental, Kimberly Blocker was extremely helpful and easy to deal with.

Wow! We loved our stay. The location is great, we were less than 12 minutes to Kimabll Juction, Park City Mountain, Downtown and Deer Valley. Most of all this property is in a quiet location. No noise from cars or pedestrians.
Loved the tankless water heater. Unlimited hot water. Pool, hot tub and media room at club house were great to send the kids to. This house has all the same amenities of home and everything was brand new.
Great to deal with Kim, she made sure everything was ready for our stay. She communciated great with us.
I would rent from here again and hope to be back during ski season.
