Located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, the Aspenwood Condominiums are in an extremely convenient location, just down the road from the Deer Valley Resort, and right on the free bus route. Park Cityβs Main Street is just a short bus ride away.
This condo is approximately 2300 square feet on 3 levels. The entry level is the lower level in the condo, with one bedroom with its own full bathroom, as well as the laundry facilities. Arlingtondecent place - some issues
Left on 01/18/2013 for a stay in January 2013
The location is very close to the base of deer valley and not too far from main street. The size of the house is nice for a family. The house also appeared to be stocked with many things to make cooking, etc. convenient. The hot tub in the enclosed room is also nice. On the down side, the house does not appear to be well kept up. On our second night there, the furnace broke and we lost all heat (dead of winter). Although alpine was responsive in the a.m. and got heaters to the condo and got the repairs accomplished the by the afternoon, the house was freezing for 12+ hours and the space heaters blew the fuses repeatedly, so were of limited use. Also, we tried give our kids a bath in a bathtub, and it filled with mold from a part of the tub that had not been cleaned. And at least two items fell apart (without contact) while were were there - a sign fell off a door and a panel under a bathroom sink fell off. Clearly needs some updating and care.
