Located in the heart of the Canyons Resort, this stylish Westgate condominium offers all the amenities imaginable: full-service... spa, restaurant and convenience store, indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs, exercise facilities, tennis and basketball court, yoga studio, childcare, laundry facility and ski valet service to store your gear in the afternoon and retrieve it in the morning. Westgate is a ski-in/ski-out facility. The slopes are only steps away from your front door.

This Westgate property, for up to four guests, offers a sophisticated ambience with rich caramel-colored walls and cherry wood finishes. The living area includes a floor-to-ceiling sliding-glass door and window that lead out to a private, covered balcony; a gas fireplace set in natural creek stone; large-screen TV and comfortable leather furnishings, including a queen-size sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests.

The dining area, located directly behind the living area, seats up to eight on chairs and a comfortable, upholstered bench – a great place to dine or gather friends and family for an evening of games or cards.

Next to the dining area is the gorgeous kitchen that will make a gourmet’s heart skip a beat, complete with cherry wood cabinets, granite counter tops, high-quality refrigerator, stove, oven, warming oven, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances, cooking and dining ware.

Floor-to-ceiling windows in the master bedroom provide stunning mountain views and plenty of natural sunlight. The king-size bed encourages weary skiers to relax in front of the big-screen TV or soak in the en-suite jetted tub at the end of an exhilarating day of sun and snow. The private master bathroom offers a beautiful cherry wood double vanity with granite countertops, toilet and steam shower. Large closets will meet your storage needs.

The resort is at the base of the mountain with ski valet service right to the lift. Inside the resort are numerous amenities, including a great restaurant (Westgate Grill), a 30,000 sq ft award-winning spa, an indoor/outdoor heated pool with steam room, sauna and whirlpool, a separate adult pool also with steam room, whirlpool, and sauna, a fitness center, a large game room (pool table, ping pong, etc.), a marketplace, concierge service, and a Kids' Club for children 3 and up. There is a large heated parking garage right underneath the resort.
