We had a horrible experience with PCL and this unit. We arrived late in the evening - couldn't find the unit, and when we finally did the key worked, but there was a passcode entry which no one was aware of. Couldn't find anyone to get us passcode for about 2 hours (Not what we wanted after a long day of travel.) The unit should have not been part of the rental pool. There was construction going on for not only this unit, but several around it. Scaffolding up - workers on the roof, etc. Construction dust inside on window sills, bathrooms hadn't been cleaned (rusty marks in toilets - some sinks wouldn't drain) When we called to complain, twice asked to speak to a supervisor - of course to no avail - they had our money. We felt we should have gotten money back. I will not rent from Park City Lodging again!!! Hardly ski-n/ski-out. We've traveled all over the country skiing - and have rented from many different lodging companies, Vrbo, etc. and this is the worst experience I've ever had.

While it is never a good thing for a lodging company like ours to get a poor review, we know that sometimes things can go wrong, and in your case there were obviously problems. By learning more about your experience as our guest, we can make the next guest’s stay even better, and for that we do appreciate your comments.
With sincere apologies, the door code to enter Crescent Ridge 134 should have been explained better to both you and the on call staff. The procedure has been refined and noted on the check in procedures for all future arrivals.
Park City Lodging, Inc. manages many properties in the Park City area in condominium projects like Crescent Ridge, where we currently have three (3) rental properties. However, we do not manage the Home Owner’s Association, nor have control of what happens outside each specific property. While we did know that the HOA had started to replace the fascia on the garages up at Crescent Ridge this past fall, the work wasn’t impacting our rental properties until, of course, they reached #134 and the nearby units. Again, no excuse, but because we do not oversee the construction project, we did not anticipate the impact on this property. This does not mean that we aren’t responsible for the interior cleanliness, because that is certainly our responsibility and those items mentioned in your review have been addressed.
We can assure you that every employee at Park City Lodging, Inc. understands the value of customer service. Our managers are usually very quick to respond and to take steps to ensure that our guests are happy with their accommodations. Therefore, it is upsetting to learn that you were not contacted. We are very sorry for the lack of response.
Park City Lodging, Inc. receives many excellent reviews from our guests about their accommodations and the service that we provide and we sincerely regret that you did not find that to be the case.

Great condo in a very good location. Nicely stocked kitchen for feeding 10. Park City Lodging very responsive and helpful. Lounging in the leather couch in front of the fire after a great day skiing was wonderful. Two things would make this condo perfect: being able to ski in and out from the front door and a large spa bathtub in the master bedroom!

We had a great time in Park City. The condo was adequate for our group. I was hoping the kitchen and eating area was going to be a little bigger, but that was the only concern.

Everything was clean, plenty of towels, and amenities...loved the decor...would definitely recommend the stay for others...the location to the ski lift was very convenient...the only need that was not provided(anyway we could not find it), was a hair dryer...thanks for a great stay..

The location was phenomenal, 100' to Spiro's trail and just a shot to downtown. The place itself is great, and has everything that a family needs (including a little nanny/guest room that isn't listed in the room count!)

Not enough closets to put our stuff. In the main room there are 3 drawers only. All our closes in the suitcase. Incredible!!!!
There is no Internet at the apartment. Everyone needs that. It is unnaceptable.
