We wanted to be in the heart of Park City and close to the lift - this was the place. For a small family it was perfect, a 3 block walk to the lift. Our only down was that the condo heated up pretty quickly with the sun coming through the windows, and it was too loud at night to leave the front windows open. All in all, great place to stay and would stay again with ear plugs!

I would say the unit itself was really great. Nice features, very clean,efficient use of space for a small unit. On the con side...the mattress needs to be changed immediately. Skiing all day and sleeping on an old mattress is no good especially when you're paying lots of money. I can't stress enough...if you don't sleep well, it spills in to the rest of your day/vacation. Wifi had issues as noted by other guests and no fault of anyone, but since it's located facing Main Street, it gets really loud on the weekends. I would definitely use Park City Lodging, but would not stay at this unit mostly because of the mattress.

We loved the condo. Beautiful furnishings, great location, reasonable price. The service-- not so much! We checked in early morning. The receptionist was very new at her job, and the experienced people were in a staff meeting. Our clerk didn't understand the goals of skiers. She couldn't place the office for us on the city map, didn't know the bus route to the hill, wasn't even sure of the closest bus stop. Asked us to come back to the office to get keys after a full day of skiing(!) The office said they would move luggage to the condo and phone when the room was ready ... but they didn't move luggage until I phoned them in the afternoon. The luggage man who met us at the condo in the afternoon didn't know how to use the keyed entry and had to phone for instructions. Doesn't sound so bad now, and maybe I've forgotten some things. At the time my friend and I were quite thoroughly annoyed. If we came back it would be against better judgement, and only because the condo was awesome.
