All good except the firewood smoke that somehow made it in to the suite when I first arrived. I noticed the flute was open and I shut it but there was still some sort of backdraft of smoke coming in from what I believed were the other condos.

Thank you for your review and please accept our apology for the inconvience of getting a backdraft of smoke into your condominium. Weather conditions can contribute to these occurrences, as well as a lot of fireplaces burning at the same time, so if is sometimes difficult to pinpoint a cause and mitigate the problem.

Rented on line. Linda Evans wonderful, very helpful. Condo was what I expected, nice, close to Park City. The smoke filled condo every night,from others fireplaces? Called they came prompt, never fixed. Hot tub, wanted to use, never worked. Was told to call somewhere else. I never did, not my problem, yours. Used another condos tub...must say perfect. Booking very helpful, kind, and knew what they are doing, thankyou Linda. In no way ruined trip, but we wouldn't let it. I was slightly disappointed. Big thing I hate smoke, was bad at times.

Thank you for the comments and we are very sorry for the inconvenience. The issues with the chimney and the hot tub had not occurred before and could not be fixed immediately but they were repaired at the earliest possible moment. There has been no problem there since.
