This is a deluxe condominium with full kitchen, dining for 8 + 5 bar stools, living room with cable TV and separate den with cable TV. We have stayed in the unit 4 straight years for our ski vacation and the place makes the trip! A little bit costly but hey, it's vacation!

Their is 2 things I would of liked to have; more pans in the kitchen : fondue pot, cookie pan, pichet for water, cisors.
The room with the double bed is small, only one person can sleep in or 2 small children. I would not recommand the cottage for 8 persons but for 6.Response from Park City Lodging, Inc. - 03/03/2011

This was our second consecutive yearly stay here and it won't be our last. The ski out and walk in feature is ideal for a midday ski break and Deer Valley is the best. The kids love the video arcade games that are in this unit. Service is excellent.

This was a beautifully appointed house deserving of it's luxury label but the letting agency had not prepared the property for rental.The house was cold and I think had not been heated for some time.It took 4 days to warm up. Several of my party were unable to sleep because of the cold temperatures.The heating was set at summer conditions ie an hour in the morning and an hour at night. There were no instructions on how to change the settings so it took some time to figure out. The rental cost $1500 per night and I was bitterly disappointed for my family.
