Rocky Retreat is right!

A challenging stay overall, sadly. The most disruptive and unsafe situation that occured was a leaky roof, that caused the fire alarms to go off, which then needed to be disconnected to stop sounding. Someone from service returned for the following and last 4 days of our trip to try to fix. Think it was finally fixed the day before we left. This was not only almost a daily disruption to our time there, but also dangerous bc the fire alarms were never active again. At times when we entered the house, it smelled like natural gas as well. The beds were horrible and the ability for the condo to distrubute heat was poor as well. Freezing on the bottom floor and sweating hot on the top did not make for a comfortable stay. Fmly room area too small to comfortably accomodate the amount of beds and people condo says it "sleeps". Could use some upgrade on the kitchen utensils, glassware, plates, etc. Addinging some throw blankets to fvrm would be a necessary addition as well. Need heavier bedding on bottom floor if nothing is done to fix the heat issue. A bit noisy right on main road into Deer Valley. All this being said, i'm still thankful to find this available as rentals were basically all booked by the time we started to search. It did allow for some tight quartered family time none the less.

While we do manage the interior portion of this property, the exterior is under the management of a homeowner's association and therefore fixing the roof leak falls under their jurisdiction unless there is damage inside the property.
We have done a careful review of the furnace, beds and the inventory in this property and can assure you that the necessary steps to make improvements have been taken where possible. Our twin Daughters play travel softball and we needed a place to stay for a week during their tournament.We chose to stay at Rocky Retreat instead of a hotel. We are so glad we did. Rocky Retreat is spotless. It was just like we were at home. We were so comfortable during our stay,our girls did not want to leave.The kitchen made everything so easy,it was just like being at home.Also having a 2 car garage made it easy to park and gave a secure area for all our softball equipment.
Main street is about a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and shopping.Its a great place to go to for dinner our ice cream.

I've been traveling to Park City for the past 8 years for the Film Festival, and this is one of the better places I've stayed in over the years. It's spacious, very clean, super close to the shuttle stop, and convenient to Main St. Though we didn't spend much time in the unit, we did take advantage of the hot tub, which was wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary appliances, utensils, dishes, etc, and there is an abundance of towels, and sheets. I will definitely book my stay here again.

We were upgraded to Rocky Retreat because of pipe because of a pipe problem in a Fawngrove unit. We enjoyed the extra space even though we never used one bedroom.
The folks who checked and cleaned the hot tub daily were very pleasant. The check in and check out at R&R;/PCL were very easy. The people were pleasant.

Well maintained property on free bus line. Walking distance to old town. 3 level town home with great master bedroom and bath. Mid level is a bit crowded with living/dining/kitchen and 2nd bedroom. Bottom level bed room provides separation from kids. Minutes from both Park City and Deer Valley.
