Recently remodeled, this comfortable two bedroom, two bath condominium is conveniently located in Prospector Square along the free town shuttle route. All furniture, paint, kitchen cabinets and floor, carpets, bedding, and most appliances are new. This unit offers high speed internet access, full kitchen, dining table, and wood-burning fireplace. Sleeps six with Queen, Twin/Twin, sofa-sleeper. Building has large enclosed common hot tub, common washer/dryer, and elevator to underground parking.

Our annual winter "guy's ski trip" has been going on for decades. We regularly rent an upscale but reasonably priced condo to enjoy our early mornings and after ski hours. This year we were in Park City and stayed at Suncreek. Everything about our time there was great. It is in a convenient location, it is clean, well appointed and very comfortable. It made for yet another successful year for our trip.

The Sun Creek complex has 3 common area laundries, one on each floor, and we are very pleased to announce that they will be remodeled during the summer of 2012. The hot water heater in the property was installed based on the size of the property, and while it should provide plenty of hot water, it functions just like any home water heater in that it has to have time to recover, especially if several people take a long shower or the tubs are filled.
