What Past Guests Are Saying
Favorable location for a mix of activities in Park City, UT.
We arrived on a Thursday, in mid March 2013. Before we occupied the property, I notified alpine Property Management, that we must have a jacuzzi unit that is clean & operating properly. Unfortunately, we arrived to a cold, but clean jacuzzi. As result, it was not useable until the following day.
Our group was excited to stay at the property. The unit offers a nice vertical layout. Bedroom space is spread over a total of three floors. The basement level, third, and fourth floors. The basement bedroom, essentially has it's own bathroom. The family room/ kitchen offered a great gathering space for the entire group. Perfect for board games, preparing & enjoying meals, and watching TV. The fireplace is a nice addition to the living room. Unfortunately, the fire wood & starter was poor quality. We never got a good fire going all weekend. It's all about the details property owner.
The unit offers a variety of outside deck locations, spread over a few floors. We were very disappointed to find that the decks had not been maintained or shoveled properly. We value outside space, just as much as we do inside space. It was quite irritating, to spend 1.5 hours shoveling off the deck space all over the house. We encountered warm, Spring type temperatures during our visit. Use of the outside deck space was not possible, unless we shoveled the space. We notified the property management company about our concern. We were ignored, and the deck space was not shoveled off by the property staff.
At the end of the day, I would recommend this unit to other interested parties. However, if certain details of your visit are of importance. I would suggest following up closely with the management team at alpine Properties, to ensure these details are covered.
Parking in the garage, below the unit is tricky. Large vehicles are not a good fit. Make sure your vehicle can fit. Limited parking is available outside, and other unit owner's are defensive of that space.
We just recently stayed at 96 Daly over the late December time frame. It was fabulous and we really enjoyed our time there. It was cosy and spacious, warm and comfortable. Worth every dollar spent.
96 Daly Avenue
This was a beautiful condo on the head of Main
Street. It was a 4 1/2 minute walk from our door to
the Wasatch Brew Pub. The place was very roomy, had a
jacuzzi and plenty of firewood. The only downside
was that the garage door did not operate properly
upon our arrival and two of the TV's did not work, -
but hey! We came to ski. The service from Alpine Ski
Properties was fine, although I suggest that they
find a way to include the garage door opener in their
lock box for late arriving tenants.
Deer Valley/Park City Ski Vacation, great place, better location
Though it didn't look impressive on the outside, this place was excellent. Had a problem with the garage door opener not working after checkin and the property management came that day with a working replacement. Management service was good, checkin was easy, and they even came once to clear snow from balconies during our stay without asking. All of the kitchen and bathroom amenities were very nice and all worked properly. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The location of the place is the best part. Though there is no sidewalk directly outside the condo we could walk to Main Street in a couple minutes and only a few minutes from Deer Valley. The quality of the condo (furniture, decoration, utilities) is second best. We were happy to find the grill operational and full of propane and used it one night. The garage was great for a single car but would be difficult to fit two cars into the spot, but any decent city driver could make it happen. OK, maybe the hot tub was second best. The hot tub was used a few times every day and we found it always warm and operational. Dish Network in the living room was nice. I can't find anything that we didn't like. If we go back to Park City we would gladly get this place again.
