Located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort on Empire Avenue, this condominium is in a duplex building, with the feel of a mountain cabin. It is quite spacious (approximately 2000 square feet) with wood beamed vaulted ceilings and two living areas, each with a fireplace.
The condo is on the downhill side of the street; as you go down the steps from the street, there is a deck with a hot tub just outside the front door. This is a great spot. There were two familes including ours (total 4 adults, 4 children). The layout was great with the parents in the two upstairs bedrooms - and all the kids bunked down in the large room on the lower floor (which they loved). Fireplace and leather lounge a winner in the main living area, and we all loved the hot tub. The location though is best - if you want to access both the lifts, and the town, this is the place, as it is only a 5 minute walk to the base of Park City for skiiing, and an 8 minute walk into Main Street to enjoy the restaurants an bars. Highly recommended.

Very nice, very large place, in a good location. Everything was as
advertised, and Alpine Ski Properties was easy to work with. No
complaints.
