The Powder Pointe condominiums are a short walk away from the lifts at the Park City Mountain Resort - Main Street in Park Cityβs Historic District is less than a mile up the road also - with the free bus easily accessible. (No car needed!) These condos provide an affordable option for lodging that is right in town and close to skiing, shopping and dining.

We stayed in PC for two nights and spent most of our time outside the condo. But it was a nice place to come back for a quick change or rest at night. The only problem was there was no elevator and we had a ton of stuff that we had to haul up and down the stairs.

I was very pleased with the accomodations. The condo was well equiped with all the necessary ameneties and everything was in good working order. The staff at alpine Properties were very helpful and made the stay easy. the location was good with easy access to transportation, etc.

I just stayed at this condo with a group of friends. Great location and good value. The unit is very comfortable and cozy. We lit a fire every night. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of skiing. The beds were all very comfortable and since my back needs a good mattress this is important to me. We cooked meals most nights and there was room for all of us to help. I will definitely come back here again and recommend this condo to my friends. Thanks Jane and John for sharing your place with us.

The condo is in a great location -- one block from the Park City parking lot. Alpine Ski Properties is a great & responsive management co. from a renters perspective. The condo needs to be updated -- it is very tired, the bed was very uncomfortable and the kitchen was lacking. There was no phone and the bathroom needed to be redone. The loft got very hot and there was no way to control it. We did get a great price which was about what it was worth.

The upgrades are beautiful as you can see in the new photos and guest have already been enjoying the new features of this lovely condo. Powder Point was perfect for our needs! Old time college buddies all met here for some skiing and boarding, and this place offered an ideal location for such a great price! Walked to Park City's lifts and it was a mile to Main Street for dinners. 7-11 just a block away for morning coffee. All the amenities we wanted (fireplace, deck, community hot tub) and plenty of space to store and hang gear. Thanks!
