The Lowell Avenue Duplex is located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort on Lowell Avenue. Itβs spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. The sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23!
Each unit is approximately 2000 square feet and has 4 levels, with nearly exact floor plans. The main level is the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level is the entrance from the garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. I rented both sides of the duplex (1115 and 1117) on my annual ski trip. The duplex easily accommodated all 19 of us. The duplex was clean, and furnishings were as described (comfy beds, good fireplaces, hottubs, etc.). Everyone in the group was happy.
The best feature of the apartment is definitely the location. It is only a ~5 min walk downhill to the Park City Mountain Resort, and maybe a ~10 min walk to Main Street.
Alpine Ski Properties were easy to deal with and provided great service and communication throughout. -

This is a good location for Park City skiing. It is about a three block walk to a main entrance. With children we found it better to drive. The walk there is downhill, coming back it is a good uphill walk. The facility is very nice, bid, and well appointed. Some of the paint a wallpaper is clearly not new, but clean and very nice except for the very particular.
A couple downsides: The garage is hard to get into with snow, or freezing rain-ice build up across the garage entrance. Although, after a good storm the roads were cleared the next day. We had a bit of trouble getting fires going-buying some fire starters might help. Splitting a bit of kindling with a kitchen knife is hard work.
It would have been good to have a vacuum cleaner available for tiddying up.
All in all very nice. Good for the price we paid and well suited for our family of 10 (6 adults-one pair on each floor, and 2 sets of children.) -

This is one of the best condos we have ever rented. We have rented this particular condo 3 times. As long as the price stays the same we will be renting it again. Every bedroom is large and accomodates 4 couples -- which is hard to find -- (usually there are too many twins & bunks). It is nice to have your own hot tub. The seating at the dining room table is very good for large groups. It has a wood burning F/P -- would be nice to have a gas fireplace. The kitchen is very well equiped -- this year we did find that the spices and the little things that you need everyday were missing (we normally replace them if we finish them). The living area and dining areas are quite large and have a great view of the valley. I am sure you will like this place.
