Happy in the mountains
Winchester, CAA Most Enjoyable and Beautiful Get-A-Way
Left on 08/18/2011 for a stay in August 2011
We had a short time for a family vacation this year, but wanted something that would feel peaceful, relaxing, and entertain the kids. We choose the mountains of Park City to accommodate a married daughter leaving in Utah, so we could all be together. We had a most enjoyable and beautiful extended week-end. We used the outdoor pool, BBQ, and vollyball available at the Clubhouse. We explored Park City with its many summer attractions. We played games and enjoyed an afternoon nap at the condo. We even watched an amazing lightning storm one night. Overall it was a great experience. The only negative thing would be that the unit had not been occupied for sometime, and when using the water for the first day or two it had a terrible smell of rotten eggs, or worse that came from the pipes. The smell did eventually clear and was forgotten. Overall we had an awesome time and didn't want to leave the beautiful scenery.

The Woodlands Txgreat ski vacation at a great value
Left on 02/03/2011 for a stay in January 2011
My son, brother in law, and myself had a great ski vacation. The condo was perfect. The only negative part of the trip was Park City Transportation lost my son's ski boots. So he had to rent boots for the week. We tried all three resorts and enjoyed Deer Valley the most. Look forward to next ski vacation.

Mason, OHPerfect for Family of 4
Left on 01/14/2010 for a stay in December 2009
We found Red Pine O6 to be exactly what we needed &
wanted. It was close to the slopes and met our
expectations with regard to space & furnishings. The
clubhouse is right across the street and it has
wonderful facilities which we enjoyed just about
every evening. We found it to be comfortable and
perfect for eating in both breakfast & dinner which
really saves some money if that matters. We had
planned to eat out much more, but didn't feel it
necessary as the kitchen was well stocked with
utensils, pans, supplies, etc. I would definitely
recommend this condo to my friends. -

Berkeley, CAOK, but missing some useful items
Left on 02/05/2009 for a stay in January 2009
We enjoyed our stay in Park City for the Slamdance and Sundance
film festivals. Beautiful town! I did have a few complaints about the
condo, however:
1: Could not find the outdoor porch light.
2: Key to pool and laundry was not there when we arrived.
3: Teapot on stove was for 2 people, not 9.
4: Condo was advertised as capable of "sleeping up to 9 guests"
but there were only 6 chairs in the kitchen.
5: Hole punched in the bathroom door was covered up with a ski
sticker.
6: No mattress pad on the downstairs bed.
7: Stiff pillows.
8: Incredibly creaky LOUD floors upstairs; kept the downstairs
sleepers awake when anyone upstairs walked around.
9: In-sink food disposal was broken.
10: Shower head fixture in downstairs bath was coming off the wall.Response from Utah Vacation Homes - 08/04/2009
