We rented this unit for a skiing family vacations in Utah. It is very close (2 minutes drive) to the main attractions: lifts, walmart, wholefoods market, etc. The house is very clean and it is equipped with everything you need for a nice stay with your family.
We were a party of 8. The staff was very kind everytime and the communication was crystal all the time. We received our deposit with no delay. -

Beautiful! Fantastic house and great location. Very roomy with lots of amenities. A king size bed in the master bedroom would make it so much better. We loved it and look forward to our return. Thank you so much for a great vacation.

My family stayed there for our school February break for skiing. The townhouse is located approximately 1.5 miles from the Canyons, 5 miles to Park City and 8 miles to Deer Park. These are easy to get to with a car, but you could take the free bus service. The bus pick up is about 250 yards from the condo. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The place was very clean and had all the pots, pans, utinsels, etc that you would need for cooking. We could not get any of the tvs to work and there was no wi-fi internet service although they had provided the access codes. The codes did not work. You could only access the internet by using the wiring. My son brought his Xbox so it was not a problem and we don't watch much tv.

We had NO idea you had any problems with the TV's or internet during your stay. We don't always turn the TV's "ON" nor test the internet if there haven't been any problems reported by prior guests. We recently added all kinds of movie channels (HBO, Showtime, etc) to the Comcast cable service so we have no idea why that as well as the internet did not work. Again, we are so sorry that we weren't notified of any issues - we'll definitely be over there shortly to check on the connections but hope you come back again and are very sorry for any inconvenience. -

The value of this town house cannot be beat! I searched high and low for a reasonable rental for our mini family reunion and this was the best I could find. I did not disappoint! We had 6 adults and 3 kids. There were times that the space felt a touch cramped, but for the price, it was well worth it. Mainly, the kitchen is tiny so no more then 2 people can be in there at a time. The table was a bit cramped for 9 but we worked it out. The living room was comfortable and accommodated us all and the loft added a nice additional living space. The town house was well stocked with every amenity you could think of, including humidifiers in the bedrooms and a boot dryer in the garage! The house is about a 3 min drive to the Canyons (epic!), about a 7 min drive to groceries, food and various entertainment. Prop mgrs Patti and Kitty were great to work with. They took care of issues promptly and were very helpful in making suggestions for our local needs!

This house has it all! And the people who we worked with were great. It was nice after a long day on the slopes to get back "home". It was a home away from home. Everything was clean. Every vacation I always forget something, but no worries the house had everything in it (except the toothbrush). No problems checking in or out. It was a little hard to find, but I just called and the lady walked me through how to get there. Great job! I can't wait to come again, maybe in the summer, but definitely next year when the snow is back.

We had a wonderful time. This home was everything the management said it
would be. All rooms were clean when we arrived.
I didn't know what to expect as this was my first time making reservations
online- it was a little difficult to find the house, but I blame myself for that.
We brought our 3 kids with us and they have plenty of room to spread out.
They had a blast in the yard playing in the snow!
Nothing was broken, fully furnished with towels and kitchen essentials.
Fireplace was great as well. Thanks Patti! We plan on visiting again next year.

My son & I traveled with friends and lucked out on this great place to stay. It was close to all the resorts, the view was awesome and the house was cozy with all the amenities.
The fireplace was a perfect place to warm our boots and hands. The garage was heated. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt right at home. The rooms were spacious and closet space was perfect for all our gear.
I would highly recommend this house for a family or group. -

Thank-you for the perfect Park City accommodations! I've been to PC many times and prefer staying just a little distance from the Park City crowds making this place perfect for my much needed relaxation. This home had a modern kitchen yet rustic cabin feel -- I suppose that comes from the log railing on the second floor overlooking the family room. The place was perfect -- I have no complaints!

I took the kids to this condo for their spring break vacation. We had time to ski and snowboard, sightsee and enjoy the cool fresh air while doing other outdoor activities, and go to town every night for a variety of casual food at kid friendly restaurants. Everything is so close by to the condo - we were out everyday and back in the so cozy "chalet" at night. The house was very comfortable for the adults and and kids. It was a great relaxing vacation and we will be trying to go back every year.
