the good:location is super,amenities are good pool and both hot tubs. Inside sauna did not work,room was clean and spacious but extension cords for additional plugs are dangerous and illegal, water pressure not strong enough to keep shower on at times...bed and furniture were great.would stay again

8/7/10 5:30pm Check-in to view our room. Told that Maria (front desk) will be there until 6pm. We get to our room and call immediately to cancel our room (not as shown/described on website) No answer for 15min. Go to lobby check-in and no one is there to help us with our refund/cancel of the room. The phone number's listed do not directly go to people even staying on the property to help out. We totally get the "run around" and directed to call different numbers that don't lead to anyone who can help out. So, we decide to settle in for the night and deal with it tomorrow (Saturday 8/8/10) We are in our room sound asleep, having to wake early for a performance, and are awakened by a loud clock alarm going off in the room next door at 11:30pm. We call, no response or answer, we knock on the door and no one answers. This alarm continues to sound for an entire hour. We try to drowned out the sound with music and can not cover up the alarm. We finally reach someone on the phone (who can hear the alarm and documents our complaint) and she informs us that she is not even on the site to help out. (more great news!) To say that we are not happy with our stay would be an understatement. We felt like we were in the twilight zone or the Shining!
Requesting an complete refund of our stay from 8/710-8/910 in room 232-B.
