This new 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home accommodates 9 guests and is located in the 900-block of Norfolk Avenue in Old Town, Park City. Skiers can easily hop on the Town Lift access trail, just 150 yards away from the driveway. Main Street and the Town Lift are just a short stroll down the hill.

This home offers an ideal location and all the amenities one would expect from an upscale vacation home in Park City. Completed in June 2006, this gorgeous home features 2100 square feet spread out over three levels. The first bedroom is located on the top floor. It features a Queen bed, full bathroom with step-in shower, ceiling fan, large walk-...in closet with air mattress (great for little kids) and a private balcony.

The main level offers a guest bathroom off the spacious, tiled entry way. The kitchen, living room and dining area are open to each other. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops, a large island where guests can gather, Viking appliances, knotty alder cabinets, and all the cookware you'll need for a meal at home. The adjoining living room is cozy and offers warmth by the gas fireplace, comfortable seating and a flat screen TV over the mantel. The dining table accommodates 6 guests, plus there are 4 bar stools at the nearby kitchen island. There is a nice balcony off the dining area, with a gas grill and a small table. Enjoy the views of Park City and Main Street from here!

The lower level features two more bedrooms. The master bedroom is at one end of the hall, with a Queen bed, a beautiful master bath with a footed tub and an adjoining walk-in closet. The third bedroom is at the opposite end of the hall and offers a Captain's bunk bed (Twin on top, Full on bottom) plus a twin-sized trundle bed. There is a third full bathroom with a bath tub off the hallway, and the laundry room with full-size washer/dryer is also at this end of the hall. The lower level also offers a small family room with an entertainment center plus a new Queen-size sofa sleeper for extra guests. The private hot tub sits on a large patio just outside the family room.
