We are the owners of this completely renovated, very family friendly, luxury 2,143 square foot, spacious, 3 bedroom/3.5 bath townhouse located in Park City's exclusive Upper Deer Valley area which offers breathtaking mountain views, a private hot tub, private 2 car garage, top of the line stereo system and flat screen TV's and less than a 5 minute walk to the Silver Lake Village and Silver Lake Lodge.
Walk 2 1/2 minutes from our property and take the "secret shortcut" ski access trail through the woods and over a ski bridge onto the Success Trail at Deer Valley. You will quickly see why Ski Magazine again just rated Deer Valley as Ameri...cas #1 Ski Resort.

The Ridge at Silver Lake, one of the Upper Deer Valley's most sought after communities, was built as one of the premier communities in the area. There are only 24 units in this quiet enclave each with fantastic views. You will notice that the architect and builder of these units certainly had a good eye for details from the 2-story high wood beamed ceiling in the living room to the abundance of windows which take advantage of the stunning views and warming sunlight to the 2 car garage. The details reflect the high quality that Deer Valley is known for.
Whether you are relaxing in the soothing waters of our private outdoor hot tub or a comfortable steam shower in the master bedroom, cooking a gourmet meal in the well appointed kitchen, grilling out on the balcony on our new Weber grill while enjoying the spectacular views of the mountains or just enjoying a good book in front of a crackling fire in the living room, you will fall in love with our beautiful new mountainside home, the Ridge at Silver Lake community, the Silver Lake Village and the incredible slopes of Deer Valley.
WHY OUR RIDGE TOWN HOME? If you are a family with children we offer so many amenities and extras from 2 pack n' play cribs, to over 100 family friendly DVD's, a huge collection of toys, games, books, dolls, dress up clothes, stuffed animals, side rails for the beds, high chair, even a rocker for very small children. Our kitchen cabinets are stocked from olive oil, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, sugar, coffee, creamer, tea, dozens of spices, hot cocoa, and more. We want our guests to feel right at home and spend more time together as a family and on the slopes instead of shopping for the basics. This property has been professionally updated including adding new furniture throughout, new carpeting, new artwork, new kitchen appliances, new granite counters and slate floors in three bathrooms, faux painting, new plumbing fixtures, new door hardware, new Jacuzzi tub in master, new flat screen TV's and top of the line stereo system, etc. WE ALSO HAVE XBOX 360 AND WII FOR OUR GUESTS. Our goal is to offer our guests the best of the best, a home that guests will want to come back to year after year. Judging the response from our guests they have noticed and both our Ridge town home and Arrowleaf condo each typically have an occupancy rate of over 90% (likely tops on the mountain!).
A leisurely five minute walk will bring you to nine quality restaurants (including Mariposa which Zagat rated the best in the state and another rated as having one of the best wine cellars in the world!), the shops of Silver Lake Village, the Silver Lake Lodge, and the five-diamond Stein Eriksen Lodge. Drive five miles down the mountain and you will be in Park City's lovely downtown. Here you will find restaurants of every cuisine, a wide selection of art galleries, a sledding park and many unique shops.

Silver Lake, also known as Upper Deer Valley and mid-mountain is the area where our Ridge town home is located and it is a much sought after starting point for skiers. However there is very limited parking available and so only guests fortunate to be staying in Silver Lake are able to start their skiing from the Silver Lake Lodge. Most other guests start from Lower Deer Valley also known as Snow Park where there are thousands of cars in the parking lot and skiers scrambling to get up the mountain.
Silver Lake also has 9 restaurants to chose from (Snow Park has none). We love Stein Eriksen's for dining (especially their Sunday bruch and skiers lunch), Goldener Hirsch, and Royal Street Cafe. Afterr the slopes close there is much to do in Silver Lake (in Snow Park everyone is trying to make their way to their cars and leave).
If you would like to go to downtown Park City, drive 1.9 miles down the mountain and you have arrived (there is plenty of parking options).
