This is a new (2005), luxury 2300 square foot, vacation home. It is a tri-level home with four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a private den. It is a great place to relax and will comfortably sleep ten to twelve people. Bear Hollow Village is a new vacation community close to these ski resorts: The Canyons (two miles), Park City (five miles) and Deer Valley (seven miles). This award-winning community is located at the base of the Utah Olympic Park, and is close to skiing as well as shopping and restaurants.

I traveled to Park City with 5 other adults and two children (7 and 11) for a family getaway. We were not disappointed with our stay in the Schott's beautiful townhome on Slolam Way. It was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, well-stocked, and conveniant to everywhere we wanted to go while staying in Park City. It is located just under the Olypic ski hill and was close to grocery stores and shopping, coffee shops, and downtown. We had access to a beautiful bike/walking path with gorgeous sunrise and sunset views, a community pool, and the private jacuzzi on the deck was clean and ready for us to enjoy. Working with the owner and property manager was easy/no fuss. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely stay there again! I don't have a bad thing to say about my stay there.
Park City is a charming town with a beautiful downtown and fabulous dining (our favorite place to dine was Silver--amazing). There was so much we wanted to do, but we just didn't have the time to do it all. The Olympic Park is a must-see. We ended up spending two days there watching the athletes train. We took a tour and also did the bobsledding (in July). It was a thrill! We did the alpine slide in Park City also, and we'll be sure to catch one of the zip lines next time we visit. Park City = fun, fun, fun for the whole family. -

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo. It is located in a quiet community with easy access to Salt Lake City and Park City. We had more than enough sleeping space for our family of 8. We would definitely stay here again if in the Park City area!

We have stayed in a few different townhomes in Bear Hollow Village. This is by far the most well-stocked place we've stayed in. We had everything we needed. There is tons of space. It is really nice and well worth the price. It was clean and maintained well. The homeowner was great to work with as were his property managers. They were very friendly and accomodating to our schedule. We had a great time and hope to come back! I highly recommend staying in this vacation property.

This was our 2nd visit to this condo and we are already talking about returning next fall!
Grandmother and her daughters and their daughters all spent a weekend together in this condo. We had everything we needed. Condo was very clean and we had plenty of beds and bathrooms. We spent each evening in the hottub and just relaxed.
This condo is within 5 minutes of the outlet mall and many wonderful restraunts.
We are all looking forward to our next visit. -

This condo couldn't have been better for us and our family. We had 6 adults and 8 little boys..ranging from 1 to 12 years of age. The space was excellent and gave room for all ages, children and adults, to play, relax and enjoy a family weekend together. The kitchen/eating area was great and the hot tub a hit!! A perfect condo for a very fun weekend!

Thank you Larry for a great experience in your Park City town home. The house is beautiful and has everything anyone would need for a vacation getaway. We had a famiy reunion with small children and the house accomodated everyone's family.There were plenty of comfortable beds. The kitchen is fantastic. Just can't say enough good things. We all agreed we want to do it again next year.

Every year the girls in my family like to go to Park City for a "Girl's Weekend." We enjoyed our stay here more than any other place we have been. This condo was very roomy and a fun place for us to stay. The teens liked the bedroom downstairs, the hot tub and swimming pool. The kitchen had everything we needed. Check in and check out went with out a hitch. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable and conveniently located condo. There was plenty of room for 3 adults, 2 teens and a toddler. Property manager was especially friendly and helpful. Owners were easy to work with, booking was simple. Overall a great experience and we will return in the future.
