      Great access To Entire Region

Left on 01/24/2012 for a stay in January 2012

5 of us just came back from spending 5 nights at this great rental just north of Park City. We loved that it was conveniently located close to Park City and to I-80, which took us to Salt Lake and over to alta/Snowbird. Our group had various levels of skiing ability, so having two cars was a must- which was possible with this rental. We found great restaurants in the area and enjoyed the fireplaces in the house. Jimmy was very attentive to our needs, and there was never any question about logstics while renting this house. The home is very, very clean, warm, and comfortable. I'd definitely rent here again and I appreciate Jimmy's responsiveness and professionalism.

      Turn-key vacation rental

Left on 01/21/2012 for a stay in January 2012

This condo was perfect for our skiing vacation in Park City. The unit was spacious and comfortably fit our group of 9. The owner, Jimmy, was incredibly organized and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

I was initially concerned by the the lack of a private hot tub but the community hot tub at Bear Hollow fit >10 people and was well maintained. Note that it does close at 9pm.

The gas fireplaces in the main sitting room and bottom floor bedroom were welcome surprises.

Bear Hallow has a summit county shuttle stop that is frequented by buses every half hour. It is one of the longer rides to Park City Mountain Resort (15 - 25 minutes) but the extra few minutes was not really a big deal. We actually ended up driving most days which takes ~5 minutes.

Overall, I must highly recommend this unit for the vacationer who values a stream-lined booking, affordability and a clean, comfortable environment.

Excellent family rental with great location.

Left on 01/21/2012 for a stay in December 2011

We had a wonderful time staying in the unit over Christmas 2011. The unit was clean and stocked with basic necessities. Plus, the location was fantastic as downtown Park City was 5-10 min away and downtown SLC was 25 min. There aren't really any drawbacks here. You have to go through the third bedroom to get to the laundry room, and the television was a little confusing (something as simple as a channel guide would go a long way here). The overall sound of the stereo was pretty thin (I work in the music industry and really notice these things). I would also recommend new silverware since there were only 2 dinner knives. That's about it though - we had a great experience and Johnny was super easy to work with.

Nice, relaxing place for family in great location

Left on 08/25/2011 for a stay in August 2011

Owner was easy and great to work with. Place was nice and in a great location. Beds were not comfortable and downstairs bed was a little musty. Value for the money was great. I would recommend this more for friends on a ski week than family with kids who need a good night's sleep.

Fantastic place at an even better location

Left on 03/08/2011 for a stay in March 2011

We picked this house in the Bear Hollow Village quite unknowingly because we had never vacationed out in Park City and never used airbnb.com. We trusted the pictures and the map. The reality was even better. The house was spotless and offered plenty of space for us all, including a fully equipped kitchen which allowed us to cook dinner every night instead of going to restaurants. The house is litterally 30 min from the SLC airport, and more importantly, 3 min on the right from the Canyons ski resort and 3 min on the left from a Wholefoods, a movie theater, plenty of restaurants and many other services. Jimmy or Johnny were readily available for any question. We will definitely be back next year!

Awesome Townhouse = Awesome Stay in Park City, Utah

Left on 02/02/2011 for a stay in January 2011

Such an amazing place. The distance from downtown Park City was never an issue. Such a relaxing and spacious place for a crew for the Sundance Film Festival which would also be awesome for a group of friends looking for a relaxing Ski weekend.

Also Jimmy was awesome to work with. Super efficient with details, paperwork and very easy to contact. My only problem was the place is even better than the photos!!!

      I'll definitely be back!
