Chicago, ILWonderful stay!
Left on 04/04/2013 for a stay in March 2013
Booked this home for a 5 day ski vacation and from the minute we arrived we felt right at home. As you pull into the garage you see ski/snowboard racks, walking in the door you notice the boot warmers and the bench to sit down in comfort and put on/take off boots. The main floor has a comfortable living area and a well appointed kitchen, the bedrooms and baths were cosy and inviting. The owners have made this house a home for those who choose to stay here. I cannot recommend it enough and I have not even mentioned the perfect location 5 minutes from main street, lifts and Pcmr. We walked everywhere and enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely be back!

We had a group of people staying there for the week of Sundance. We had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and very well maintained. The location was convenient to all the theaters, as well as, the town lift for those that ended up skiing. We cannot wait to return next year!

A group of us had the pleasure of staying at 1019 Norfolk. The house itself is amazing with many highend upgrades which was a nice suprise upon arrival. In addition, the location is unbeatable with a short walk to Main St. and the town lift for Park City Mountain. The only reason we needed our rental car was to venture off to other mountains that required a drive (Alta, Snowbasin). Otherwise, Main St. provides all you can ask for in terms of dining / shopping while the mountains also have shuttle service right off the street to head to Canyons, Park City, or Deere Valley. Again, I can't speak highly enough of the house and location.
In addition, the entire booking process was seamless. Within a day of returning our deposit was already in the mail!
All in all, great experience and we hope to return soon! -

This was our 2nd stay at the house and it once again lived up to our expectations. This location works out great for our family. It is an easy walk to old town and the town lift for skiers/boarders. My wife, who doesn't ski, enjoys hanging out in front of the wood burning fireplace. The interior is well decorated and has comfortable furniture, good beds, lots of amenities and is comparable lodging to the aAa 4 diamond Hotel Park City (where I stayed over in July 2011).

Tomball, TXOne of my favorite family vacations ever - such a wonderful home
Left on 12/01/2011 for a stay in November 2011
We really enjoyed our stay at 1019 Norfolk and I would highly recommend staying here. There was plenty of firewood for the fireplace and we really enjoyed the fireplace after a morning of skiing. We loved the floor plan with each bedroom on a seperate level so that everyone was able to enjoy quite time if needed. The beds were very comfortable with high quality linens. The kitchen provided all of the necessary equiment for us to cook many meals. Patti and Kitty were wonderful to work with and we were all set as soon as we arrived. Thank you for such a wonderful time - we will be back!

Concord, CAWonderful rental house in Park City
Left on 09/15/2011 for a stay in August 2011
I just wanted to check in briefly and let you know we had a wonderful stay in your Park City home. The attention to detail was not lost on us a bit, the slate flooring, granite, tile, and stone work is just gorgeous and results in such a warm and welcoming mountain feel. Linens and towels were soft and comfortable, and electronics set up with stereo/tv were a breeze to operate. The advantage of walking to downtown was a big plus as well.
We managed two days of mountain biking on local trails, one day of hiking, and another touring around locally. All evenings were spent at home cooking in a well stocked kitchen (how could we justify going out with all the amenities). -

I stayed at this property with family and friends in July and it was wonderful. I had read great reviews but still wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was. We had plenty of room for 8 people. One of our group was a gourmet chef and the house was fully equipped with a barbecue and spices and we enjoyed a fantastic meal on the patio with great views of the Dear Valely mountains. The house is a shout walk to Main Street and the town chair lift as well as on the Park City hiking trails. While we had a car, the only time we used it was to get to and from Scl- definitely didn't need it once we were in town. The rates were very reasonable and the management team was great and easy to work with. I hope to come during ski season and will definitely rent this house again!

This is the perfect home for a summer or fall weekend getaway. I can only imagine it's even more delightful with a roaring fire after a long day of skiing.
The kitchen is better equipped than mine at home and the amenities are perfect. But the definite highlight of the weekend was watching a moose trot down the street as we enjoyed grilling dinner on the deck.
I definitely hope to stay here again on my next trip to Park City. -

Our family of five (three boys 20,13,13) went skiing for Spring Break and stayed here. It was like being at home: clean, comfortable and spacious. It also had every amenity that I could think of. It was convenient to both MainStreet and to the slopes. Patty was super nice and "johnny-on-the-spot" to help with a minor issue we had.

We had a fantastic time in Park City. We thoroughly enjoyed your home; it is very well equipped, well designed and we especially enjoyed the jacuzzi. It was extremely comfortable with all the little things that made life easier. The living room seating arrangement made it extremely comfortable to stretch out and relax after a long day of skiing. State of the art gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Everything was there that we needed. It was very nice to have such lovely amenities. Almost ski in/out... just a short walk to lifts, stores, restaurants and more. We had a wonderful time at your beautiful home. Very comfortable-home away from home! We'll be back for sure! This is a terrific place. Wonderful location.

Newport Beach, CAExcellent Vacation Home
Left on 01/05/2011 for a stay in December 2010
The location and the home were great for parents and young teenagers. My wife doesn't ski but enjoyed staying in this home with an upgraded interior/furnishings/amenities as opposed to a typical ski rental. It is a short two minute walk in ski boots to the town lift and an equally easy walk into town. We had two families and the interior layout and the ability to park one car in the garage and one in the driveway was a bonus. As someone who has ski vacationed in Park City since I was a child, this is one of the top places I have stayed and will definitely be renting this home on my next visit to Park City.

Malibu, CAFantastic Vacation House!
Left on 12/24/2010 for a stay in December 2010
I spent the second week of December in this lovely Park City home and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had renting a vacation home, which I do frequently when traveling. The decor is Western casual, not over the top--just comfortable and great for apres ski with the big rock, wood-burning fireplace and large comfy, soft, leather sofas and upholstered chairs. The owner had thoughtfully supplied wood for the fireplace so we had a fire and wine every evening. We like to cook at home part of the time and the we found the fully outfitted gourmet kitchen to be very enjoyable to use--just remember you are at a higher altitude and things take longer to cook. :-). The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and well appointed and while the overall ambiance is casual, we felt that the attention to detail in this house made a big difference in our experience. The location is fantastic--walking distance to main street and the lifts but if you rent a car there is a garage big enough to accommodate a large SUV.
The owner was fantastic--very nice and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this property and we look forward to renting it again on our next trip to Park City. Charming home!
