The Bella Vista is a 6,800 square foot home sleeps that comfortabley accomidatese 16-18 guests in its seven bedrooms. Less than one mile from Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley and less than two miles from Park City Mountain.
The two master suites and five bedrooms provides everyone in your party comfortable sleeping accommodations.

Our group of 7 couples have been vactioning together for one week each year for the past 24 years. This year we selected Bella Vista for our annual gathering and what a perfect property! There is plenty of room to spread out, yet when we all came together space was ample. Much time was spent around the huge kitchen table that seated all of us. The home is well equipped, especially the kitchen. We enjoyed morning walks, the weather couldn't have been better and the home conveniently located close to everything in Park City.
I would highly recommend this home as a vacation spot for families and friends. -

Both Frank and I want to thank you for the opportunity to use your beautiful home in Park City earlier this month. It provided us with a wonderful opportunity to have all our children and grandchildren in one location for a few days. The location was excellent and your home shows that although you make it available to others, it is well maintained and is truly your home. The touch of having your family pictures around helped us to relate to you and always remind us that we were visiting you in your home even if you were not there.
Our children and grandchildren loved the opportunity to go boating on the Jordanelle Reservoir as well as spending time at Olympic Park. We tried to get everyone tired out so that they would fall asleep exhausted at night (with no fighting)! Some days it worked better than others.
I don't know what our future plans hold for family reunions but should the opportunity present itself to return to Park City, we would certainly want to return to your lovely home. Thank you again for making it available to us.

This home is unbelieveable in its presentation, in its liveable elegance and in its warm wonder. I would highly recommend this home to a family or group. You can spend as much time together as you want on the main floor with its open kitchen, family area or you can sneak off to one of the bedrooms for a nap. It is an easy 5 minute drive to the bottom of the slope. Sitting in the hot tub, watching the deer meandering by, while the snow falls against the most awesome backdrop of stars is the perfect way to end a fun day.

We have stayed at Bella Vista on three different occasions. Each visit was absolutely wonderful !! The home is immaculate and has the perfect ambiance for a western ski vacation. It has great accessibility to all the local ski resorts. Bella Vista has everything you need and want such as a hot tub, well-equipped gourmet kitchen, awesome kitchen table where everyone can dine together, pool table, fireplaces and plenty of comfortable living/sitting areas. It is especially sweet that each bedroom has its own bathroom and no shortage of hot water! Bella Vista is a destination resort home!!

We are returning to Bella Vista for the 4th year in 2012. We are an extended family of 12 with children and this house provides us a perfect home for the time we spend there. It's a very comfortable space for every age. It's a place where you can be together or alone quietly reading a book. We always look forward to returning.

My husband and I and friends have stayed at the Fagnani's home in Deer Valley for the past 2 years for our ski trips. This home is amazing and has everything you may need in it! The kitchen is awesome and we take a few nights in and cook, play pool and go in the hot tub. One thing the ladies love that this house is so clean and each couple have there own bathroom. There are wonderful restaurants in Deer Valley resort area and in Park city which are 5 min away! The Management Company always have keys etc ready for us when we arrive and very quick and helpful. I along with my husband and friends highly recommend Bella Vista, you will love it!

A beautiful grand home minutes from downtown. Skiing was amazing, and the convenience built into staying at this house made it so much more enjoyable. We were able to make many of our own meals and comfortably enjoy them with all our friends. The house is perfect for a large group, with the hot tub, pool table, and warm fireplace entertainment area there is always a spot for good conversations. The dining room table is huge (we had 15 and we never felt "cramped"). We have never stayed at a private home with so many of our friends, where you could also get away and enjoy a book and some "alone" time. Overall the trip was outstanding, from arranging all our transportation, on-site massages, and even stocking the fridge before we arrived. We couldn't have been happier!

We rented Bella Vista for a family vacation and wedding in Park City Utah. There were four famililies, three of whom had young children. There was plenty of room for all of us without getting in each others' way. The kitchen had everything we ever needed to prepare meals for everyone and plenty of room for us to sit together as one big family during dinner time. The beds were all comfortable and we had a wonderful vacation knowing we had excellent accommodations waiting for us every day after whatever adventure we set out on each morning. I would recommend this home to any group who is looking for comfort and convenience.
