It is conveniently located at the top of Park Avenue with views of Old Town buildings and roof tops and the hills that surround this area. Just across the street is one of the city-maintained stairways that takes you directly down to Main Street, where you’ll find the best of restaurants, shopping, and night life in Park City, including the very popular High West Distillery.
It has a 3 level floor plan, with three bedrooms, two full baths, a three-quarter bath with shower... and also a powder room. The kitchen is very high end with professional quality Wolfe and Subzero appliances. On the entry level you’ll find a fabulous den designed for use as a mini home theatre with a large screen TV, sound bar and premium HDTV cable. Up a flight of stairs is the main living space with the living room, kitchen and dining area combined, as well as a powder room, the laundry room, and a deck out back with a gas grill and lovely patio furniture. The upper level is where you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Not to be overlooked is the fact that this is a 5-star plus Energy Rated “Green Home”, designed to reduce the overall impacts on human health and the natural environment. Living Room: Located at the front of the living space, the living room has hardwood flooring (Big Leaf Maple from a renewable source), a gas-burning fireplace set into a stone wall (locally quarried!), a large, flat screen TV and Blu-Ray DVD with surround sound. Comfortable seating.
Kitchen: Hardwood flooring, Sile Stone natural quartzite and recycled Trinity glass counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a six burner Wolf range (gas) and warming drawer, Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer drawers, and Asko dishwasher. Well equipped for cooking meals. The cabinetry is custom distressed alder.
Dining Room: Seating for 6 at the dining table, plus 2 bar stools at the adjacent counter height island/bar.
Master – Queen bed, flat screen TV/DVD, gas fireplace, adjoining bathroom with a large walk-in steam shower, and spacious walk-in closets.
Second – Queen bed, full bathroom with a deep, jetted tub, jack/jill doors so that both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms can conveniently share this bathroom. Access to a small balcony in this room.
Third – Double sized bed, shares full bathroom with 2nd bedroom.
Den: Queen sofa sleeper, and bathroom with shower just outside in the hall. As described above, you’ll find a large screen TV with a great sound system.
Laundry Room: Located just past the kitchen, with a Whirlpool Duet front load washer and dryer.
Garage: Attached 1 car garage with heated driveway.
Distance to Deer Valley Resort: 1½ miles
Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 1½ miles to main Resort Center, ½ mile to Town Lift.
Distance to Main Street: 100 yards via Old Town stairway.
Distance to Free Bus: 100 yards to Main Street to catch the free Trolley, which services Main Street from 10am through the evening hours. The Trolley does travel down to the Town Lift, but not before 10am or so.

This rental was top notch. It was comfortable. It had all the amenities we could have asked for. It seemed brand new!
The location was one block down the stairs from the main drag. Easy!
I would love to stay at this house again.
The only downside was that one of the beds was extremely hard.

Loved our stay here! The Park avenue condo was absolutely perfect for our Mother-Daughter Trip to Park City. It is beautifully updated and in a great location to the downtown. We were able to walk to everything! All the rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The only downside I could see for some people are all the stairs (The home is 3 levels). It didn't bother us at all, but may be a turn-off for the older generations. We would definitely recommend this home to the next group and plan on returning!
A great place to enjoy a family reunion - our 50th anniversary. Superb digs, close to everything in Park City. Thanks to the folks who built this and have it available for rental - we may use again during ski season.

We had a wonderful stay at 151 Park avenue the week after Christmas. The spacious townhome is conveniently located one block off of Main Street, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house itself had been recently renovated and is outfitted with everything a family would need. Alpine Ski Properties was also very responsive to our needs. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

stayed here in July 2012 for 4 nights after spending a week in Yellowstone. Home was more than we expected, with top of the line appliances and even a steam shower in the master bath. Very close to Main street so adults and kids could come and go as they pleased. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Alpine Ski Properties did a great job and handled minor issues promptly. The Park ave location was very convenient to historic Main St. restaurants and retailers. The house was above are expectations and can't wait to stay there again. Awesome rental home!
